Honestly, she has a decent case. Because it’s a case about defamation, not her abusing him.
Her case is that she’s just a nasty b throwing people under the bus for her own personal gain. It’s not like she’s going out of her way to attack him, he was just collateral damage in her lies to gain public sympathy. She supposedly doesn’t even think of her victims and doesn’t consider the damage she does to them. That’s the case she’s trying to make against intentionally defaming him.
Like I was just trying to drive to my destination quickly. I didn’t know driving through that playground was endangering children. And the counter argument is, I didn’t even see them or hear their screams. I got to my destination 5 minutes before the GPS said I would thought.

She doesn't have a decent case really.
First you have to show that the statements were false. That's why this is centred so much around abuse.
Second that Waldman was acting on behalf of Depp and not merely giving his opinion.
Thirdly that Waldman knew they were false, or at least didn't give a shit that they were. And considering he backed his statements up with testimonies, you're never going to show that he didn't believe then to be true.
I don't even think Depp has a good case. But he has A case. Something backed up by outside sources.
What Heard has is special pleading.
Her not caring if her lies, or even a reckless disregard for the truth, is still defamation.

She (and the ACLU deposition) confirm that the op-ed was about Johnny. Her admitting "That's why I wrote the op-ed" goes to actual malice. The title is more complex, as the ACLU indicated that it was the Washington Post that created the title of the online version. However, her tweet where she said that she published the op-ed with the link to the online version that has the title in the tweet indicates that she didn't have a problem with the title and supports that as part of her article.

Yeah, agreed. I am close to some more intelligent(read: skillful at manipulation) nBPD sufferers who created a trail of simps out of gullible/kind men who were emotionally immature. She's already degenerate, as you said, but if she wasn't caught, she'd just continue to twist to the core. This actually gives her an opportunity at something greater than wealth, but we all know she can't help herself and likely won't learn from any of this. Those associates of mine got away with it for a looong time, but when their house of cards collapsed they had no recourse, being too old to work, etc.
nBPD is scary, you have to pity them, but everyone's accountable. In a lot of ways, it's gotta be living like a paranoid schizophrenic, in states of paranoia and constantly juggling cognitive dissonances while being unable to integrate reality as others do well enough to interact functionally. The trickiest problem I've seen is that I've never seen someone with nBPD that hasn't justified it, or perhaps victimized it. While knowing a diagnosis is great, sometimes people pigeonhole themselves that way. In my experience, nBPD sufferers want to lean into their disorder not to solve it, but to stabilize their worldview. (Easily dismissing faults and shortcomings, etc. Generally, denial is the first response to diagnosis, lots of perfectionism usually comes with the narcissism part of nBPD. They will still share it, while dismissing it's validity.) If you're being empathetic enough to really understand the plight of nBPD and have some experience with it, honestly you're may be doing more emotional processing about them than they regularly do. It's a fool's errand best begun with, "Are they helping themselves?"
It's just, yeah, these people can be despicable, but they're prime examples of misery loves company. All you can do most of the time is sit at a distance and hope they stub their toe hard enough to want to change their direction. You can nudge, but often their treatment/expectations make it impossible to have a non-codependent relationship at any level, they'll often latch onto any attention shown because they are dropped so quick.

Omg she has either denied, off loaded blame, or called every single witness a flat out liar if they’re not saying what she wants them to say ….
Okay, let’s think about who should be doubted in the truthfulness of their testimonies, the people who came to be witnesses that we have NO credible reasons to doubt, or the woman who we now know pressured two other people to bear false witness and lie under oath FOR HER in the Australia case where AH brought dogs into the country without permission, she actually threatened the male assistant with loss of employment if he didn’t lie, again shifting blame refusal to take responsibility for own actions. Then AH testimony in the UK trial was different than what she testified in this Trial including Whitney giving a different testimony from the UK, and different from AH testimony in both.
I’d say based on the past and present, AH is not be believed, since we can say undoubtedly she has and is telling lies under oath, we have no reason to believe she’s any more honest than these other times she lied.

Thank you I have enjoyed a few of this JD AH trial that you have brought us to be entertained and it has been great I also like the duo image with you not taking up so much space the other you tubers do you do it right. I also heard a bit of your own back story and I do feel for you I have seen other friends of mine and been through some tough times as well please keep up the good work.

This is hilarious. We all know she wrote the op Ed, but she denied it was about JD; she said it was about her experience. Now, she literally said “that’s why I wrote the op Ed about Johnny!”

      Well she's admitted this before.
I.e. She did write it and it "was about Johnny and others "
More importantly this time she basically admitted that it was published to take away the power, popularity & opportunities he still had. She admitted to malicious intent.

Wow Camille is totally calling her out it's really refreshing. Sound like a few hard discussions I had to have with my narcissist ex and I would just have to exclaim it to the world over their silver tongue. This is definitely healthy conversation. Amber will not get any professional help otherwise, its got to come to a conclusion come full circle. All this stuff coming out is very important!
