Can I just add, as a British person, I am appalled at our Justice System to have seen this evidence and concluded in Amber/The Sun's favour. MIND BLOWING. I hope she finally gets exposed and faces consequences for her actions.
To be fair iirc Johnny didn't get the chance to be questioned by his lawyers, only opposition lawyers and also a lot of evidence couldn't be used, and lastly he sued the Sun not Amber, making it more difficult to prove the Sun knew he wasn't a abuser but still went with it.
I'm disappointed he lost that trial, but I think he reacted very smartly by suing Amber and asking for it to be televised

This is exactly what histrionic personality disorder is about. In connection with borderline (and I speak as a person who suffer from bpd) that gives you huge problems about the sense of self, it's actually the classic histrionic behavior of picking someone (or a standard-generalized idea of some groups etc) and emulate everything to fill that gap of empty image you can have of yourself. She tried to become him cause she doesn't know who she is. And probably when she will have someone else near she'll change radically, again.
It's not to defend her actions, it's to understand why she acts like this, two completely different things. I hate when people say "but I have x disorder", or someone near do it for them, to not be taken accountable for their actions. It's a why, an explanation, not an excuse.

As a young boy then later an adult man, I have been hit in the nose and eyes pretty hard on several occasions. The one thing I always got with a black eye was blood in the white of my eye, which you can't hide. Why has she never been spotted or photoed with a blood in the white of her eye?

If she really is getting threatened, her security should be on high alert not winding windows down and accepting gifts. My impression when watching the trial was it was a strategy most likely suggested by her legal team to keep her head down to minimize any sort of negativity perceived body language and expressions - i believe JDs team encouraged him to keep his head down and focused on his sketch books too.. Just my theory

For the record, I can comment about the flowers because I also stood outside the courthouse holding a bouquet of red and white roses to hand to Johnny Depp.
For one, yes journalists and small groups of camera people were standing next to me to hope to capture a shot of me handing the roses to Johnny.
But two, unfortunately that moment was short lived because Johnnys security was tight. Motorcycle police were driving on his side of the window and his car was driving 35 mph. A part of me was hoping that his team would’ve accepted my flowers for publicity. Nothing happened the way Amber’s team received the flowers which still leads me to believe it was staged.

Not only that, the press just happens to be standing right beside the "fan" to capture everything, when there were so many people there. How convenient.
When my daughter and I were there on Wednesday, I told her not to boo. I can’t believe she actually put the window down. The cops said no one could give them anything. Only press could get that close. We seen one amber fan when we were down there and the lady was also bay shit crazy!

I think that Elaine messed up so much because she is against what Amber did so she didn’t give everything she has in this trial like she usually does during her cases. She did the job but poorly because she isn’t in phase at all with AH, honestly I would have done the same and when AH would have lost her right to pursue me for malpractice I would have given the money received for the case to the children hospital AH didn’t pay as a symbolic gesture for making amend for my participation in her «defense»(and a symbolic FU to AH too 😂).
I think it's more that she wanted to see what she was writing, since it might be important, then was like 'did I not actually see her writing?' Gaslighting without saying a word. :p

@@eeeccc3562 The judge would need to approve it, but they would never allow it after a trial has begun because it would taint the lawyer's client's image. She probably could've ducked out some months ago, but with what was doubtlessly already hundreds of hours of labor put into this case (and Heard's lies making Bredehoft believe she had a greater chance than in actuality) it would be hard to pass up the big payday that comes with the trial resolving.
