At the end when the judge rules to deny the motion strike, watch Johnnys lawyer. The most sincere smile comes over his face and he gives Johnny a hug. You can tell he really believes him. Some lawyers are in it just for the paycheck, others get invested. Johnnys lawyer really has his back.

This is just a desperate, last minute attempt to spare AH the humiliation of taking the stand and to avoid the inevitable guilty verdict from the jury.
The verdict won’t be related to guilt because it’s not a criminal court, it’ll just be an award to the winning side.

I come from a big family of judges and lawyers and I've asked my dad and brothers and sisters about this trial. They stated unanimously that it's clearly evident, her legal team is Not experienced in trial cases. They were embarrassed by her attorneys. Pathetic.

I do NOT agree with AH, there’s enough evidence recorded by JD to prove she was just as much of a aggressor. The fact that she approved that article while being an abuser herself is reprehensible.
HOWEVER, we haven’t heard her side and the mutual therapist stated she saw bruises on AH. All AH needs to prove is that, one time, JD assaulted her. JD’s team proved that he was a victim, but it did not prove that he didn’t assault her. Lord knows he had some messed up days in the beginning of their relationship.

Honestly, the more I watch the trial, the more I realise that no respectable legal team would represent Amber Heard, and that's why the ones she has are so tragically bad at being her defence.

Tbh, as the time passes, people will forget about this case and its details eventually. If Johnny loses, the future generation will be like “the wife beater who lost multiple times in court”, instead of looking at multiple clips and evidence online.

This has changed the opinions of most people who weren't really interested one way or another. Now people realize that AH is a lying dog who tried to use him for fame and money, and then tried to use him again by destroying him. She will not do well after this. Depp is probably being offered massive amounts of roles already. This has redeemed him and destroyed her.

JD has a good reputation and has been able to act on movies different role-based varieties and loss of, perhaps as Cap'n Jack Sparrow type roles, he is attempting to salvage his full livelihood as an actor, proven to be a star. Also consider what the loss of his reputation as an ambassador of past movie starring roles as AIW or The pirate dynasty roles represent to sick children in hospital. Families with children have been happy in their respect of him to visit their ill children. He may well lose that privilege to share his joy with them of a funny man, parents are protective of children and where one parent calls foul (truth based or malicious gossip) hospitals are obligated to act aggressively. Johnny Depp has far more to lose than money with this trial.

She was probably in an impulsive rage because he had "split" again and was lashing out to both make a record of her claims, and to try to make HIM feel rejected by her. And when she saw that he wasn't coming crawling to HER (and breaking the TRO) she called him and pleaded with him to come meet with her. She plays mind games, and simultaneously plots in the back of her mind how she should proceed to frame him (falsely) as being an abuser. She wouldn't have fared well if she'd been married to O.J. Simpson.

I mean to be fair, it's their job to do what it takes to win the case, or at least to not lose. It's not really their fault that they had basically nothing of substance to work with on Amber's side.
