I liked this video a few years ago, but never got back to it. Lately, I've been going over the videos in my 'videos that your liked' section and did this flow today. Oh my goodness. This is one of the best, most creative and fun flows I've ever done in my life. I wish I could give it another like :)

That was so fun! So different from the traditional surya namaskars. Really kept me focused on the moment, always intrigued as to where we would go next. When you went into twisting half moon and said "lots of requests for this one", I said outloud, to myself, "really??!!!" :( and then you said "just kidding!" and I laughed so hard!! I just did this workout this morning and it really gave my hips a great stretch as well as some heart openers in the end that were nice. Things I really liked about this flow - 1. she gets right into it, no wasting time in the beginning 2.decent length shavasana at the end, very relaxing. 3. mandala flow really creative, fun, and enjoyable! Just an observation...The breathing part of this routine appears to be wrong. Why are you inhaling on the concentric (the lifting and exertion) part of the movements and exhaling on the eccentric (the lowering and elongation) part of the movement? Anytime you are contracting or exerting you should exhale and anytime you are lowering and elongating or performing the negative movement, you should inhale. I'm wondering why this is different in some of the movements.
