So for the last few months...maybe into 2 years.... I have been working to flows through you Michelle. I decided just to test another yoga channel yesterday. Needless to say I am back here today. Your understanding of warming the proper body region prior to attempting later flow moves is uncanny. Just as an example the beautiful thoracic rolling you started with to allow for improved rotation to complete binds later. You are AWESOME.

Looking for mindfulness-based yoga practices and this workout did it! Trying to incorporate yoga with presence without striving. The bind with the halfmoon pose and the twist with downward dog felt amazing. The balance postures kept me focused. I just love this workout. I have an elbow injury so I did less vinyasas. Requesting if you would consider creating a 30-minute workout for people with hand and wrist injuries that still provides core and lower body strength? Also, my favorite videos of yours are when you do the workout, I feel so connected to you! Namaste
