  • This is truly a total body yoga flow- upper back, shoulders, low back, hips, hamstrings, calf muscles, core, arms, balance, mindfulness, breathing and meditation. The ‘total body’ of yoga is physical, mental, energetic, emotional and spiritual. This is a practice that touches on each of these leaving you feeling your absolute best.

    After a week+ of unhealthy and stressful life events this is the practice I’ve returned to several times this week. I’m still not back to where I was even two weeks ago but I can feel the negative being wrung out. Lots of surya a and b is exactly what I need right now. Thank you.

    I've noticed a significant parallel between my ability/willingness to embrace the repetition in the practice and my ability/willingness to embrace the repetition in my personal life now that I'm practicing daily. It has given me so much peace in the inevitable craziness of life. ~ Mrs. C

    OUTSTANDING workout! We don’t mind the repetition at all. As you stated, even the same move can be tweaked slightly to give the entire body a different experience! We liked how the vinyasas were a bit slower this time, as it gave us the second to make sure our form was correct. We love the challenges you present, Michelle; we can tell we are improving

    Michelle thank you for another great yoga workout, me and Jan find them challenging but we manage to do them. We have been doing yoga for 6 years now and no one fit in as many up and down dogs as you do.

    This was yet another beautiful practice with wonderful sequencing. My legs have been so tight and painful from being on my feet all day teaching kids, then teaching too many cycling & barre classes in the evening. This practice was *medicine* for them. Thank you!

    It's 21:51 here in Madrid, Spain, and we have been the whole day over the 40ºC (a heat wave). I wasn't thinking about doing any workout, but just have seen your new release and couldn't help the temptation...     Thank you for this flow. It was invigorating, strengthening, and fun. I like your opinion about doing poses repeatedly. Day after day. It changed my view about it. Your input caused me to focus more on every detail of each pose. The backbends at the end were awesome and so fun. They brought a smile to my face. Absolutely love your precise instruction on each pose. Thank you for shining your light in my world.

    Awesomeness flow!! I could feel totally how this session makes me stronger with all those just simple repetition like Chaturanga & forgot to count cause I was enjoyed every each moment of this flow.
