The ‘total body’ of yoga is physical, mental, energetic, emotional and spiritual. This is a practice that touches on each of these leaving you feeling your absolute best.

OUTSTANDING workout! We don’t mind the repetition at all. As you stated, even the same move can be tweaked slightly to give the entire body a different experience! We liked how the vinyasas were a bit slower this time, as it gave us the second to make sure our form was correct. We love the challenges you present, Michelle; we can tell we are improving

This was yet another beautiful practice with wonderful sequencing. My legs have been so tight and painful from being on my feet all day teaching kids, then teaching too many cycling & barre classes in the evening. This practice was *medicine* for them. Thank you!

Thank you for this flow. It was invigorating, strengthening, and fun. I like your opinion about doing poses repeatedly. Day after day. It changed my view about it. Your input caused me to focus more on every detail of each pose. The backbends at the end were awesome and so fun. They brought a smile to my face.
