Great job, girls. Could not do first shoulder stand challenge - OMG, what the heck! Very impressive, but almost stopped video b/c it was so advanced (for me). Glad I didn't b/c I COULD DO a handstand!, which I didn't think I could do! So I LEARNED by not throwing in the towel I got a surprise! Thanks! XO

Interesting twists. I didn't feel well during the practice, I had no strength this time+had overall feeling of not being comfortable. Will try practice again tomo 2c difference
