Wow, that was intense! The hardest part was to add this bit of shawasana to the flow. When doing the sequence with the plank, I felt like 'what, how am I supposed to smile when I am about to fall apart!' And then it worked! That was fun, thank you!

I had fun Michelle 😀 I’ve been sitting it out with my practice due to lower back pain and this is the first practice I did after almost 2 weeks and although I’m still sore, it felt so good to move! Once I saw that this was a core flow, I thought I HAD to do this one since core strengthening is key to alleviate back issues. Thanks for this! I might do this again later tonight before bed lol. wow this is just what i needed. I started pole dancing, and sometimes i just dont have the strength or creativity to dance , but i know when i do yoga its ok. Ill get there, consistent practice with an open mind & heart, just like how yoga has taught me
Thank you! You have a skill in forming flows that transition so nicely from one to the other. I like how you move from the front to the back of the yoga mat. I’m not sure I would call this one fun, but I marked it as one to return to because it was wonderfully challenging! Namaste.
This core workout was work! I loved the heat building it felt very earthy to me! And dolphin pose is one of my favorite I really am trying to get flexiblenlegs/hips. And the arms behind the back is great for me because I tend to forget to lower my shoulders
