@@makatron You and biggs949597 s. I agree. It's like using a GoPro in GoPro color mode. Over-saturation looks great... as long as it's a bluebird day. EX: I use GP color on front and rear cams while fishing on the kayak all the time. A 6 hr trip equals 12 hrs of footage and I don't have the time to correct that stuff while editing. I would NEVER use it while snowboarding, though. I don't know why people expect perfection from a point-and-shoot phone.
The strangest comments you always see is the notch. LG has a had a few different styles of notches over the years and it's always an issue to people. Sammy and IPhone has notches too yet nobody has a problem with them. To me ,that is called bias. Hole Punch and one on LG V60 are so similar who cares. Very nitpicky. The big rectangular ones I would prefer not to have. I just changed mine on my V40 in settings to hide it. End of huge downside. There's cameras and speaker or mic( not sure which) exactly where the V40 notch is so it was necessary.
I've had my V60 for almost a week and a half. Still waiting for my dual screen from Verizon/LG but that being said assuming the phone is kept for two years, for $500 ($950 - $450 credit over 24 months between monthly payments and trade-in) it's a really hard phone to pass up. The flat screen / bezels are perfectly fine for function over aesthetics. On an under 7 inch screen, if you are watching a movie unless you are really looking for it you are not going to see the difference between a 4K phone screen and this one as the fact it is an OLED screen makes the difference. The automatic camera as you said it's not as good as say a Pixel or iPhone but it's still very good and the portrait mode is very underrated. The front facing still camera however can use some improvement. That being said, if you are willing to take the time for good pictures, the manual mode and its quality can't be beat. Also as much as people look at the phone, you need to be able to hear what's coming out of the phone. Between the four mics for content creation and the quad dac which not only improves the quality of what you are hearing but it also gives you more levels of setting your volume. Battery is phenomenal and I can't imagine running out of juice during an all day out heavy event (eg, day at an amusement park/Disney World). Probably the weakest part of the phone is not necessarily the phone itself but the lack of accessories. I know it's a weird weakness but it is still one nonetheless as you are very limited and you can't exactly run to the store and pick one up. Stuff like the lack of autosorting apps in the app drawer is annoying but not a deal breaker. Hopefully LG and Verizon will be better with updates for the V60 than the V50 (still waiting for the Android 10 update, Verizon!!!). One thing missing from the video that would have been good to see or at least mention is the pen support. Otherwise a pretty good job.
@@SpookyNugs Nothing glaring or earth shattering thus far. The biggest complaint people make on day-to-day use is the fact every time you install or remove an app you need to update the sort list in the app drawer. It's mildly annoying but that's about it. The biggest POTENTIAL concern is Android updates. LG does not have the best track record. They are showing signs of improvement when they released Android 10 for the V50. Now we need all of the carriers (Verizon) to release it (Verizon).... Personally I think most people get used to an OS or skin and it's hard to adjust to a different version to where things are. If you are going say from a Samsung to an LG there will be a bit of a learning curve but let's face it, we're spending more time in apps than in settings. The bigger learning curve is obviously Android iOS not just from the OS perspective but where/how to handle things within apps.
Chris Wright That is SO good to know (on the G8X) ! I’m seriously considering that device as a lower-cost V60 alternative, since I don’t need/want 5G at this point. Question for you: Have you had any of the app-crashing issues on the G8x that Jaclyn experienced on her V60 ? And, if I wanted to, could I just uninstall any LG apps that I feel are useless bloat, such as the Gallery app ? (I prefer Google Photos anyway, as I’m a Pixel owner). I’ve never owned an LG phone, so I def appreciate any feedback you can provide.

Very few reviewers bring up the feature of the FM radio. That feature is still huge for me. Granted you don't use it a lot unless you don't have good signal, but when you need it, it is awesome to have.
Great review. I've owned the phone for a couple of weeks and I think you hit the nail on the head with regards to who it's for. I personally love it, but I was really looking for great battery life, a head phone jack, great multitasking at a slightly more reasonable price. I agree that it's probably not a "better" overall phone than the S20 plus or the OP8 pro, but for SOME people it can be the correct choice. I'm really enjoying mine. Keep up the great work!
I love LG V phones. My 20 finally started breaking down so I bought the V60. Problem is some hoe I did something where this little keyboard pops up and covers what I'm typing. I cannot see typos and its super frustrating trying to get back to the original keyboard below the message area
I figured it out! To the left TOP of keyboard is a light bulb or 3 dots with 2 arrows chasing one another. Touch that to show the light bulb. Now all the way over to the right, opposite the light bulb is a down arrow or pull down menu, click on it. Now pops up a bunch of little pictures associated with commands. Find the, "FLOATING" command and click on it. Now it is apparent that floating means your keyboard. Hope this helps.

Great video as always, but again the creator bias shows. Any professional out there would love a phone with multitasking capabilities. I would and I'm a creative. One side client brief PDF the other side client on Skype. Beautiful if I'm not near computer. The first thing my gf said (she's a personal assistant) was: "wow that would be really great for me, I have to jump and switch apps on my phone all the time". Some imagination please, not everyone users their phones for watching Pokémon or whatever, or taking photos of their pets, would be great if reviewers remembered that every now and again and actually understood where individual companies and brands are aiming with their development and design. You can't just say "well idk I personally watch movies on my phone so have no clue what this concept would be for so it's probably useless"
Aljosa Cebokli hey! Thanks for watching. Definitely not what I was saying. Sorry fo it came off that way. I think it’s a valuable feature as I stated in the video it just doesn’t sell ME on the phone. You are coming to this review to here my perspective on it so that’s what I shared. Thanks for watching!
@@NBTJacklyn I watch reviewers because I feel reviewers are qualified to present a phone's functionality in a more wholesome manner than I'd be able to glean myself. I.e.: A: "from my experience, fold is great for watching movies and pictures because it expands into a seamless large screen" works great. B: "because I mostly watch movies and pictures I have no idea what to do with two separate screens thus I think they are not very useful to you, either" is, frankly, lazy journalism.
Aljosa Cebokli hey! That’s not what I said at all. I said “it doesn’t seem as useful to ME” I also stated that I think it’s a different category completely and that I found it useful for what it is for. Thanks for watching and for your feedback.
Love the content. I bought the V60 for for battery life, multitasking, cheaper price, wacom pen support and processor. Although i have to agree that software is kinda meh.. I used a launcher whenever i use the phone without the dual case ( i used microsoft launcher). I love 90-120hrz, unfortunately it won't last long esp. with 5G. 😢 what i love about this phone is that it gives me 2 personas, one that needs to multitask and one that loves ordinary phone. For me this is what makes Lg V60 a stand out, the phone has top end features with fewer compromises in an affordable package.
I absolutely love the dual screen multitasking abilities, second to none. I also think the cameras are far better than anything else on the market including any iPhone. Flat screens are certainly better than curved ones, throw in a fabulous headphone jack and awesome battery life with the lowest price out there for a flagship phone and you have the best cellphone on the market, bar none. No comparison.
LG is the only company that gives you a volume control option from the notification shade, out of the box. Should help for people having trouble reaching those buttons. They also provide an option for continuous scrolling on the home screen out of the box. Two features I can't do without.
Do you think we have gotten bad phone's or is it just the software issues. My apps crash all the time if I turn my phone off and back on or restart my phone if I try to open any app right away it will freeze an crash. Only issue I have. Once I have the phone on for a minute or two the apps will open as normal but its a headache.
Very close and friendly review of the LG V60, it's nice to hear the minor points of sw bugs. It's good to see the great research done to produce this video content. Thanks for putting this together, nice one
Gotta support the headphone jack. The U shaped camera cutout doesn't bother me too much. I compared it to the Note 10+, and the front cameras are around the same size, aside from it being a hole punch instead of u shape.
Best Breakdown Thus Far I Subscribed in the middle of watching this review, appreciate how you stuck too the specks & Pros & Cons aside from Opinon. Brilliant!!!*****
I love my V60 so far. I had a problem with the gallery too, clearing the cache fixed it, and it hasn't happened since. I think something got messed up when swapping my SD card into it from another phone. 😊
notch dont really bother me. i always hide it. and unlike samsung they still use it as a second display rather than moving everything down including the notification icons
Awesome review!! Just ran into your channel cuz I do own the v60.. and I have to agree with everything you said... I personally took advantage of the buy one get one so this phone was a no-brainer compared to other current flagship
I have to agree that from all 2020 flagships this is the more useful one. It has a jack and even an FM Radio (wtf, nice). I bought a 512 Note9 in March and love it and will love it for years to come but anything after it lacks features which my 2 year old model has. LG was always my second OEM after Samsung but atm with current phones it's #1 although as I said I love my Note9 and won't change it for nothing. Though I hate notches or holes so that's where my Note9 is ahead of any newer phone including this V60. Also love the curved displays & the S Pen :)
You can make Google photos your default gallery app as I did on my V60, it automatically syncs the two apps. I prefer photos because of the drive and online back up to your Google account for your photos and videos.
Nice video. I had an issue with the gallery at one point too. I cleared the cache and everything has worked great since. Maybe that can get rid of your issue. It would be in the camera app in settings.
I have been using the LG V60 for a month now the only thing good is battery life and cameras cant forget the headphone jack im switching back to my Oneplus 8 though lg software and updates suck.

Happy to see a review for LG after so many years! Really don't care about the notch, I hate the hole punch even more bc the info bar on top gets squeezed aside.
Hi everyone!! How is the audio performance compared to lg v40?? To v50, v60. How is the surround sound also when compared to v40 DTSx 3d and v60 lg3d sound engine
Non of the shots you took would have even used a Telephoto if it had one. All phones switch to the main sensor and crop zooms unless you're direct sunlight. Also the s20 doesn't have a true telephoto sensor. It also uses crop zoom.
Specs shouldn’t matter nowadays but unfortunately they still do. Some of us are bias towards smartphones that have all the specs under the sun. And because of that bias, phones like this one suffer. I rather have a phone with a good battery, good display and a decent camera instead of a phone with a whole bunch of specs and all kinds of issues.
The phone is huge, even bigger than my Note8 but usually LG prices drop quickly, so you get a lot of phone for less than most other higher end phones. It also supports Wacom stylus input with extra functions so it has that advantage over other phones in this category I think. But the extra screen add on makes it really bulky. However I think the phone is underrated by most consumers and LG doesn't really advertise its phone aggresively.
I don’t mind not having a headphone jack as i use wireless headphones based on the fact that I don’t like wired headphones as the cables just get on my nerves and the fact that my wireless headphones have a bass booster when used wireless but if i use the 3.5mm headphone jack adapter you don’t have the bass boost
Honestly, you dope little homie. I saw two videos and it seems like you put effort into your videos. I'm subbing because it's nice to see a new face doing these types of videos.
I feel like a lot of these you tubers don't give manufactures like LG a fair chance like they do with Apple and Samsung. I know it isn't a popular brand but LG has been innovating a lot of things that company are finally doing it. Look at the video content between Samsung and LG. How many videos have they done for Samsung already? You tubers aren't given a LG review unit. They make One video and that's it for the phone. There aren't followups, 6 months reviews, after 30 days reviews, or any of those after initial reviews. I get more honest reviews from the smaller you tubers because they actually use the phone. Honestly I could never go to the bigger you tubers for honest review of a "non popular" cell phone. I would like to buy this phone because I see a lot of UNIQUE features that other phone company don't have. I see a lot of usage with a duel screen. DON"T get it confused with foldable screen.
I purchased the LG v 60 , with case. The duo case features a glass case front panel( No protection)!. I had a glass screen saver applied to the phone screen. I contacted LG to address this issue, and there response was ... There is no screen protection for the case???? I recently dropped my phone from 3 feet and the glass shattered!!!!!. I had to file a claim through tmobile.
in korea last month LG announced rollable phone. they said around winter they will start selling this. it's size is normal phone but u can stretch wide to tablet size.
Can someone please find what's the password for the Retail Mode app. My V60 only charged to 50% because I can't uninstall the Retail Mode app. Password HELP.
Bought mine for multitasking, dac, big battery, and found the pen support. Plus tmobile had an amazing deal for the buy one get one free so couldn't pass that up.
I keep hearing people say the software is bad...the only thing I dislike is the lack of an app drawer by default. Other than that if you know how to use Android it ends up being comparable to most other OEM skins to me 🤷
I remember lots of Gallery crashes too back on my Samsung Note 1 (2012-2014) it was a real pain in the arse, I couldn't wait to get back to an iPhone at that point. These days no probs with my S9+....maybe the probs I had were related to Touch-Whizz or whatever it was called. Anyway, nice to see you back. Keep up the great work Jac.
Interesting. I prefer the dual screen over the foldable for the multitasking experience. Then again, I don't care as much about the camera as most reviewers. I can't agree more on the bloatware though. For me, the audio experience and the battery life are the key reasons to go with this phone.
It amuses me how reviewers always make excuses for Apple’s crap displays, i.e., the big bezels on the se and the giant notch on all the other iPhones , and none of the iPhones have anything higher than a 60hz displays...on and Apple loads all kinds of their own software on their phones
I have a LGV20 ($165 eBay 2 years ago). : Removable battery! (I have ZeroLemon 10,00 MAH case: 5 DAYS battery when new!), Headphone jack. DAC, HD Audio recording, full manual camera with wide angle. LG makes concept phones. If you’re arty, creative type you’re gonna like these quirky devices. BUT: Mine came with ATT skin, even tho Intl. unlocked. Which sucks in every way. The boot time is slower than snail mail. Camera is not the best and terrible in low light. Video is surprisingly good. IS is very good, so coupled with excellent recorded sound you can Vlog with out of the box. LG updating support is TERRIBLE. I have received no, ZERO updates while time I’ve had phone. I bought it for international travel. I would have had to stay in States with an ATT contract to receive updates. I don’t do contracts. (Eg. in India i pay 600 rupees for unlimited calls in India, 2GB per day data for 84 days-that $8.50 for almost 3 months) Eventually I’ll put LineageOS on device. The V60 seems from your review, although more current, to have similar issues to my V20. Based on my experience, I would not spend $900 for an LG device. I would wait and buy on eBay. Now there’s the LG Wing which looks way cool. Please review. You gotta love LG innovation. They seem to come up with something radical every 6 months.
I am thinking about this phone to replace my Pixel 2 XL as its battery does not hold as it used to, well it is almost 2 and a half years old. So sad I need to change the whole phone just because of the battery, but that is the reality now. I would like another Pixel as there is nothing as good as stock Android experience, however Pixel 4 XL is not very good this year so I need to look elsewhere. This phone could be Pixelized with a launcher and GCam port, however that is always a half baked solution so I am not sure. LG skin is not the best, but I remember they always kept many stock Android things untouched so my experience with their phones was always OK, but still not sure whether this phone will make me happy for 2+ years as my Pixel 2 XL does.
Bojan Bojovic I’m in a similar boat, so I know it’s a tough call: OG Pixel XL owner who’d like to upgrade, but to which OEM/device I’m not yet certain. I was sort of fixated on the Pxl 4a, but now that’s been delayed, and frankly I have concerns about the battery life as I’m used to the XL (and there won’t be a 4aXL). 🤦♂️🥵 Samsung S20 devices are overpriced/overrated, same with new OnePlus 8 series, IMO. So yeah, I’m also considering LG. If you don’t need 5G, check out the G8x. Same dual-display setup as the V60, just a slightly smaller battery and no 5G. My big concern with LG is their tardiness with (or even disregard for) Android updates. That’s something as Pixel owners we’re perhaps slightly spoiled by (much like iPhone users) 🤣 My other “dark horse” is the OP 7 Pro. Love the display, design, internals, and stock Android-ness of it (esp given the now-lower price), and the slightly subpar stock camera quality can be mostly rectified with GCam (as you mention with LG). OnePlus is FAR better at timely Android updates than LG or Samsung, so that’s a sweet box checked. ✅
@@Sharky165 I hear you. It is all about compromises so I am still searching for the right ones. Oneplus 7T is good as it has that stock-ish and clean OS, flat display, great specs and somewhat good price, but the battery is not very good also the camera and especially Rec2020 for video files makes it a very complicated choice. Then there is Xiaomi Mi 10, great specs, good stereo speakers, great battery, but MIUI is sooo bad for me personally I can not stand that cartoonish iOS fakery, some bugs and solutions are unacceptable for me. Also the camera is good but not really like Pixel and display is very curved so no screen protection for 700€ phone. I hate curved screens, for me personally this has no sense at all. This stock Android and Pixel story reminds me on what I hate about iPhones, that idiot friendly experience simply offends me and makes me mad. It certainly is not the same as with iPhone when it comes to this, however that simplicity of Pixel environment gives me some piece of mind and keep me free to think about other things in my life while using my phone every day. I will wait for Pixel 5, I really hope Google will make it the right way.
Have had no issues with the phone with over 2 months of ownership. It's unmatched in productivity and content creation. That being said the software does need polish more polish and refinement.
Full wacom support, best Audio options/hw for creators, 3.5mm jack, amazing battery life (5k mAh batt/wise feature decisions/efficient power mgt), great multi tasking, 5G, etc. For some this is almost the perfect camera. Any word on the speed of the internal 128gb of memory and is the expandable SD fast enough to write 8k directly to it or does it first have to go to the faster internal mem?
I have the V50 and probably the V60 next ;) Best audio ever! You need earphones with 50+ ohm impedance for the Quad DAC to really kick in!!! I have the Korean version, Android 10. Don't really care about notches or double screens. Size is a bit of a problem, coming from G6 :D Most of the problems are easily fixable! (Just from reading XDA forums) - the software : Nova Launcher + O8 icon pack = beauty ;) (i've tried many icon packs) - lagging : Turn off animations in Developer Options. Debloating : Package Disabler Pro forr LG app ;) - camera : Google cam port is available for LG, all cameras working, HDR++, Night Sight! Much much better than the stock camera! Love LG ;) I live in China, a lot of choice here but not for me :D
I just got my v60 and I could care less and I don't even notice the dew drop notch. Btw, I disabled the Google button right off lol . I haven't had a single crash on my Canadian version from Bell mobility and only about 3 or 4 bloat apps . Ive had this v60 for a week now. On Bell's non millimeter wave 5g, I regularly get 575 Mbps and up on downloads and 70 and up on uploads.
I have been waiting for this after gadget match and friend review. And you did a great job. Pros and cons, and whether it's something you would like as a daily. I cannot wait to see your dell spx 15/17 and samsung flex reviews. if they send you units. One great feature is wacom active pen support for Note style support with multiple levels and tilt for an extra $40, on both screens no less. The semi full screen mode hack for all apps, and the book reading mode. most are shown in Gadgetmatch 's review. love the sd card, many phones do not have that, and it good for off line netflix, spotify, and to keep your main memory free, or move your stuff instantly to your laptop much faster tan wifi/ or bluetooth, the mic modes and the standard hires audio recorder are nice as apple just recently added the steroe recording and ultra wide, and the 1080P 240 FPS, NOT SLOW MO, IS SUPER SMOOTH ony in 1080P yea lg lags a little on auto do noting photo and video modes, but excells when you pop it into one of the best standard pro modes, probably the best, and that makes all the difference in the world for photos and videos in many cases. At $799, at tmobile with less bloat, it is a good $200 cheaper than thee one plus 8 pro, missing some features, but headphone jack, sd card, mil spec flat screen and ability to dual scren later and class leading battery life, sort of balances things. Your is the first review I heard of studdering and crashes, but all the other reviews were tmobile versions, just about everyone weny with nova laucher. Take care, thanks for not wearing a mask.
I am really excited to get this one, will be changing carriers in November, maybe by then the carrier i want would have more discount on this phone....
What I like about lg phones is the tap on/off feature as well as the headphone jack. Also I think lg has always had the best battery life of any smartphone. So I'm excited to see what the v60s battery life will be like.
Good review and yeah!! , im looking for a good device with jack 3.5mm and microSD... Money is no problem... I enjoyed your review!! Greetings from Lima Perú 🇵🇪
Yeah mines really struggling after 2 yrs. But the rest of the phone works great though. Paid $450 for mine a week after release so I'm more than happy with that! Think I might upgrade to the V60 this year.
Not only did LG just keep the headphone jack, they made a statement by making it hi-fi. This is why headphones are superior. The connected headphones are the cleanest, crispiest audio you will get; ask any audiophile. Secondly using a screen as a keyboard while making comments on you tube is da bomb especially when you can split the keyboard to be in within thumbs reach.
I personally really love the design of the LG V60. I like the flat screen and chamfered edges. It’s been a while since I saw a phone with them. It’s different compared to the phones on the market. It’s not a stand out which I like
I do looove that phone. Specially in public everyone ask what phone is that, the flex is crazy and i can do stuff the way i could never do on Samsung on iphone for less then 900$ and when i don't want dual screen flex, i can just take it off😁😎
Thanks for your review. I probably would have had this phone already if it was not for the size. The dual-screen thing I don't care that much about. My V40 just went belly-up and I'm back on my LG G6 for the time being, but I found the size of the V40 or v50 just perfect for my needs. I wonder who LG asks or what focus groups that use, if any, before they say, "Hey let's make a phone this size". I know they didn't ask me. But I'll probably end up getting it since I keep coming back to it on these reviews with the goal to talk myself into something else, but it doesn't seem to be working
I really like this V60 i just need to make a decision to unload my V30 it's still working good to be just almost two years old with pretty good battery life!
Some points you are right, on some points you are wrong going. Esthetically the hole punch in the popup cambers look more futuristic. There were never flagships with small notches. They use notches one year when the iPhone used it then after that you didn't see them anymore, but no one told lg.
Love this device, would rather have the awesome battery any day over the high refresh rate. LG always keeping the features that other companies got rid of.
This phone was designed primarily for function. Aesthetics came secondary. I love mine. Multi-tasking has never been so easy.

@@makatron and exactly how many people are going to notice that? Nobody. A normal user wont find a difference
Do you notice any issues with the software?
@@SpookyNugs v50 Android 10 update been out for months my g8x just got it a couple of days ago

To my knowledge, there isn't a smartphone that can do this at present time and l believe in 2023 as well.
Can anyone instruct me to get back to normal keyboard?
I figured it out! To the left TOP of keyboard is a light bulb or 3 dots with 2 arrows chasing one another. Touch that to show the light bulb. Now all the way over to the right, opposite the light bulb is a down arrow or pull down menu, click on it. Now pops up a bunch of little pictures associated with commands. Find the, "FLOATING" command and click on it. Now it is apparent that floating means your keyboard. Hope this helps.
Excited about this video:)
Hope you enjoyed it! Also episode one and two of the podcast are now out so you can check that out here - definitely lmk what u think!

Yes i enjoyed
I.e.:
A: "from my experience, fold is great for watching movies and pictures because it expands into a seamless large screen"
works great.
B: "because I mostly watch movies and pictures I have no idea what to do with two separate screens thus I think they are not very useful to you, either"
is, frankly, lazy journalism.
Now imagine using the dual screens for streaming mobile games on-the-go! That would be really cool 😂👌🏼
Great vid!
Nice review!
I must say there aren't too many coverage LG phones, good to see someone is covering it
Keep up the good work!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very close and friendly review of the LG V60, it's nice to hear the minor points of sw bugs. It's good to see the great research done to produce this video content. Thanks for putting this together, nice one
As for the gallery app clear the data and the cache force close the app and restart the phone that's what I did...works perfect now
Awesome review..you touched on a lot of aspects others didn’t on the LG V60
Gotta support the headphone jack. The U shaped camera cutout doesn't bother me too much. I compared it to the Note 10+, and the front cameras are around the same size, aside from it being a hole punch instead of u shape.
I use Nova Launcher so the look isn't an issue i usually have a live wallpaper on one side and a regular wallpaper on the other.
Best Breakdown Thus Far I Subscribed in the middle of watching this review, appreciate how you stuck too the specks & Pros & Cons aside from Opinon. Brilliant!!!*****
Ahhhhhh thank you so much Joshua !!! Means the world you liked it !!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hope u like the recent videos too!! If u have any feedback I’m all ears:)
The hi-fi quad dac on the V60 bumps. Hows that usb-c dongle working for you Samsung and iPhone users?
When it comes to manual camera, LG smokes the competition!
Can u do this camera comparison between samsung A51 VS pixel 3a xl or pixel 4 or pixel 4a which mobile might have now VS iphone 11 or pro
(A51 VS PIXEL MOBILE VS IPHONE 11 OR PRO ) do the camera comparision
When u do this comparison

LG is one of the OEMs who still wants to deliver what its fans wants.
I purchased the LG v60 and it's basically 3 phones in one for a lower price. Probably the most useful phone on the market.
Once the battery degrades, it is possible to change it with new original one ? Is there LG service centers for mobiles?
Yes
I don’t mind not having a headphone jack as i use wireless headphones based on the fact that I don’t like wired headphones as the cables just get on my nerves and the fact that my wireless headphones have a bass booster when used wireless but if i use the 3.5mm headphone jack adapter you don’t have the bass boost
It's the most practical and underrated device of 2020..
Wish it comes to India as well..
Honestly, you dope little homie. I saw two videos and it seems like you put effort into your videos. I'm subbing because it's nice to see a new face doing these types of videos.
Thank u so much:) so glad u like them!
Ive never experienced a crash on mine but I have the t mobile variant
how does the camera compare to the Note 10?
DON"T get it confused with foldable screen.
at 2:31 , what is the game you are playing?
nvm i slow-mo'd your vid at 3:25 and found it was bb racing 2!
i have the bell turned on excellent review and very honest with what is great and what needs improvement!
Thank u:) so glad u enjoyed this vid!
I always liked the flat display to.
I feel like more phone companies should start making headphone jacks a thing again!!
And good job, another great video ❤️
I agree, along with Expandable Storage (MicroSD).
in korea last month LG announced rollable phone. they said around winter they will start selling this. it's size is normal phone but u can stretch wide to tablet size.
What is that driving game you were playing?

Bought the phone and I love it better than all the stagnant Galaxys I've had over the years.
Can someone please find what's the password for the Retail Mode app. My V60 only charged to 50% because I can't uninstall the Retail Mode app. Password HELP.
This is the first time watching this channel. Wow she is good .I have only subscribed to three other channels.I am sold.
Wow that’s a huge compliment thank you so much
Bought mine for multitasking, dac, big battery, and found the pen support.
Keep up the great work Jac.
i'm rocking my v30 :P
still works like a charm
V30 gang rise up!
lmao i have a V30. i cant wait to upgrade to the S10+ i started to hate the V30 bruh.
Great vid! Just got the phone yesterday. I’m still using my Note 8 regardless!
Upgraded from the v20 myself. This phone blows the v20 out of the water. It's definitely a go.
That’s something as Pixel owners we’re perhaps slightly spoiled by (much like iPhone users) 🤣
My other “dark horse” is the OP 7 Pro.
So why you can not change the battery of your pixel 2 xl ?
It is built in battery but can be replaced like iphones
I hope the v70 keeps the flat display design I like the velvet but I don’t like curved displays I’ve had bad experiences with them
Great video! I just don’t know if I’d ever switch back to a LG device due to the lack of s/w updates. Has that improved?
I have the Korean version, updates are pretty on time ;)
Have had no issues with the phone with over 2 months of ownership. It's unmatched in productivity and content creation. That being said the software does need polish more polish and refinement.
Good video but you should say more about this phone and do battery game and multitaskingtest to show to peaple that this phone deserve a try
Again: you CAN have 1 piece of content on both screens. Please check the phone properly.
After android 11 software download, I've been getting system ui not responding crashes. Anyone else experiencing this??
I have been having an issue with the recent apps, but I think android 12 may have fixed it
I have the V50 and probably the V60 next ;) Best audio ever! You need earphones
with 50+ ohm impedance for the Quad DAC to really kick in!!!
I have the Korean version, Android 10. Don't really care about notches or double screens.
Size is a bit of a problem, coming from G6 :D
Most of the problems are easily fixable! (Just from reading XDA forums)
- the software : Nova Launcher + O8 icon pack = beauty ;) (i've tried many icon packs)
- lagging : Turn off animations in Developer Options. Debloating : Package Disabler Pro forr LG app ;)
- camera : Google cam port is available for LG, all cameras working, HDR++, Night Sight! Much much better
than the stock camera!
Love LG ;) I live in China, a lot of choice here but not for me :D
manasyt What’s your opinion of the G8x, as a lower-cost V60 alternative for those of us who don’t need/want 5G at this point ? TIA...
Im using the v50 but it beat mate 30 pro and s20 plus in photo and video quality using manual camera and manual video.
Can you hide the notch when playing games?
I think so but honestly I don't even notice the notch. Came from a v20.
The notch doesn't get in the way of playing games
Another great vid. Looking forward to more of this awesome content

Oneplus 8 battery life is the same as v60 plus oneplus 8 charges way faster i have both phones
Good review and yeah!! , im looking for a good device with jack 3.5mm and microSD... Money is no problem... I enjoyed your review!!
Greetings from Lima Perú 🇵🇪
I have a LG g7 thin Q and I like everything about it except the battery
Yeah mines really struggling after 2 yrs. But the rest of the phone works great though. Paid $450 for mine a week after release so I'm more than happy with that! Think I might upgrade to the V60 this year.
You don't know what you are talking about. LG V60 is honestly too good even now in May 2023.
My Moto was terrible out of the box, I reset it twice and everything calmed down.
Specially in public everyone ask what phone is that, the flex is crazy and i can do stuff the way i could never do on Samsung on iphone for less then 900$ and when i don't want dual screen flex, i can just take it off😁😎
Good stuff. Nice and clean vid
is there a way to turn off 5G and just have 4G/LTE instead ?
Yes
Battery is a beast screen is great its oled.
I agree totally the cut out is so 2 years ago
I love my V60. It gets along well with my Note 10 plus and 7T.
It should destroy both phones
Wow i got the same 2 phones and i am still getting the v60
This is the best phone in the world
Thanks for your review.
Great review! 👍
You like a pure Android experience, who would you get an ATT version. Your negative review, well makes me want to go buy one.
Love this device, would rather have the awesome battery any day over the high refresh rate. LG always keeping the features that other companies got rid of.
