Hey Auronnj, I can explain why you're seeing more than 50% stats from your ability+sub weapons. It's due to your PATK boost from your R. Abilities. If you give Cloud his default gear, and a main weapon without any PATK boost, you will see exactly 50%. As an example, I have gone ahead and equipped my Cloud with only his base 3* gear and and L20 Mythril Saber. I have no PATK boost, and my ATK right now is 282. If I were to equip my L40 Buster Sword(161 PATK) in my Ability Weapon slot, I see a total PATK increase to 362 - gaining 80/161, or 50% (seems they round down). However, if I change my main weapon to my L60 Murasame, I now have 415 PATK, and a L2 Boost PATK (+20/10%). Equipping that same L40 Buster Sword in the Ability Weapon slot now no longer increases by 80, but by 88 to 503. This is receiving the 80 from the 50%, but I am also receiving an additional 8 from 10% of those flat stats (due to the Boost PATK 10%). Even further, if I go back and equip my Mursame Battle Garb and my Mursame, I now have 480 PATK, as well as L3 Boost PATK (+60/15%). Same deal, equipping the L40 Buster Sword in the Ability Weapon slot does not increase by 80, but by 92 to 572. This is the base 80, plus an additional 12 (15% of that 80). Hope this helps!

I also wanna point out is that you will know the Materia is compatible with it if the box glows light blue like its showing on your screen and of course if it snot the box wont glow. A lot of these things I figured out myself as well by just reading and observing. Suck the game doesn't go to much in detail of these tbh.
Is there a way to turn off that the game autoequips my chars? Aerith keep taking my Murasame as a sub weap instead of cloud getting it as a main Weapon. And its annoying to change it all the time

I use murasame and crystal sword because crystal sword has an awesome heal ability but if you want max dps murasame with apocalypse sword would be best
Question - I played the game on my mobile phone and, after rerolling many times, came through with a pretty decent roll and linked my account to SE (FFXIV) account. Is there now a way to carry that over to bluestacks? Or can I only play on that account on my mobile phone?
How do you raise the points an individual item grants to the R Ability? My Murasame is granting me 20 points in Boost PATK. Was that through leveling it to 50, overboosting, or both or something else?
Is there ever a situation where you should hold off Over-boosting weapons? (obviously excluding character weapon shards because of the opportunity cost). Sitting on some dupe weapons and don’t want to overboost if the impact is redundant after increasing rarity/level uncap/etc
Im not sure if I didnt hear your explanation, but how do you earn points for those R abilities? As in how do I increase my weapons having more points? individually? I see they stack up from all the gear that has the same passive, but your swords have around +4 or more on each mine has a bit less?
Btw! You talked about how Lucia's silence would be godlike if her black rifle; silence worked on bosses? I am a bit unsure, but I played through my first crisis dungeon, and the silence worked on all the bosses in the dungeon from what I remember. (But didn't seem to work on story mode bosses?)
ok i got marusume dup from stamp, i lost it somehow lost it may have been converted is that a bad thing? or better keep dups? and turn off convert. is dup allowed in the game?
i don't believe dups are allowed. conversion gives you 200 medals (weapon) that are needed for overboost (red stars) . you can start doing it at any level i think.
The sub slot is so bad implemented, it is annoying, the best weapon for other chatacters are always used... then u have to manually change it all the time.

There is no reason to not overboost weapons you will use. Every overboost also boosts the multipliers

If you have a blue weapon and get the same as yellow, the yellow becomes your new weapon and the other becomes materials for enhancing said weapon
As @MrTaunus666 said getting lower rarity dupes also results in the medals(weapon) just at a lower number. You need 200 for every star.
