I did my re’rolls for 2 days lol but I finally ended up with Murasame, fairy tale, prime number, and back up crystal sword for slot 2 on my first 4 pulls. Didn’t have to use any tickets lol. I love the built in re’roll in this. I just hope SQE doesn’t run this into the ground like they did KHUx

@@Courtannica oh it’s not on the very first free pull. I got fairy tale 5 star on my first free pull. Later I got both Mura. and primal in the same pull
Excellent video, I did not plan on upgrading my 4* until I got the 5* but now my plans will change quite a bit. Thank you for explaining how even lower level gear can benefit the character, when the abilities match what you are building for.

@@SmellyOctopus i put the same machine gun level 30 and the zack weapon 50 still give more power with the machine my power is 30191 , with zack weapon my power is 30943 and my PA also drop with zaxk weapon was 1438 with the machine drop to 1368

well dont focus on that only, the sub weapons gives you stats boost too, so for me its more worth, a 5 star 60 lvl on sub than a couple on points on phy attack, thats because the boost in my stats the weapon gives me
5 star matt weapons on aerith do wonders, cause the boost of magic and heal on the stats
Me with Cloud-Crystal Sword, Aerith-Fairy Tale,Red-Platium collar, 3 Healer very broken. No need Masamune,still pretty strong !

And im rocking, man healing power is the best in this game
He isn't saying only focus on R abilities, he is saying that R abilities are more important than the weapon stats if the R ability matches and helps you get to next tier. He shows that when replacing his 5* zweihander with a 4* star W Machine. Even though W Machine is lower rarity and lower level with lower stats, it helped Cloud get to the next tier of the PATK ability, which actually increased his PATK, which is the focus of his build. MATK and HEAL are not important for a physical DPS Cloud so sacrificing those two stats for increase in PATK is more beneficial.

Fantastic guide. My only input is that auto equip is only good early game. What I noticed is that it will try to make everyone's stats even across the board instead of their specialties to some degree. Most Square-Enix gachas like Opera Omnia will hold your hand for a while but incorporate mechanics for you to invest just a little bit more later on into end game. So in this game it's imperative that at least by mid game you start to learn how to fight and what to bring. Setup may take a bit longer but as SmellyOctopus said you'll beat content that numerically isn't recommended. It's almost like preparing for war similar to Fire Emblem. But decide now if your willing to put that kind of time into your account because this isn't really an auto farm game. SE games never really are.

The best gear build is.... Pick your own favorite weapons :) they are all great I have learned in an accidental reroll that every weapon in the game serves a different purpose if it has it's own unique abilities. Also Cloud is a very varied character and with certain weapons can fill each role.

I've been trying to spread the word a bit, but I think a lot of people have been sleeping on how needed red 13 is. I'm currently stuck on the battle tower level 30, and I think it is mainly due to having no way to deal with enemies giving themselves physical boost. The boss on that floor 30 gets like 5 boost ups of physical attack and is hitting for 2500-3000 single hits and his aoe hit is hitting for over 3k. I think if you want to be able to beat him within any reasonable timeframe and not just overlevel it, you will need red 13's physical attack down limit break at that stage. I've been attempting to level mine but i'm out of stamina haha.
What of Red's weapons would you recommend for him?
@@Courtannica I'd personally run junk collar and platinum collar. Platinum for pretty good offhealing with the regen, and the junk collar will give you a magic attack down on target, but if they don't use magic i'd just go for an elemental or damage one
@@JBPVFLI agree with this either go full support with healing + MDEF down or the Water Elemental Collar + MDEF down collar! Thats how i personally have my Red13 and love him

How to beat content 10k higher? Whale on the banner and get the s tier weapon overloaded twice.
Honestly, I just use recommended team build. Auto hasn't failed me yet

@foreskinmcfatnutsjr I'm basically at around where Octo is. I'm probably just a bit behind because I didn't have a level 60 weapon at the time I was watching this video.
Also, I'm not saying his tip is useless, I'm just saying that for me, using auto build and auto battle has done literally everything for me so far
@@aidenkz Yea im also around the same level and for now auto works for me, but yea i tried to do 20K PWR higher stage than what I am XD and well his tip helped me beat it with at least one death towards the end
it is 60% as it gave you 108 atk out of 189 and 50% of 189 is 94.5 so get your facts right
I didn’t even know you could take the Buster Sword from 3 to 5*+, is that something that happens after you do more story or was it from getting a 5* version in the gacha?
It's part of the game, do certain quest/missions and it gives you the upgrade parts for free.

Thats mean dont turn on auto convert if you want the five verison of the weapon i found that out day one

Hi what do you 4 star Willemstad transferered to 5 star? Because i was converting the 4 star to get the materials is it wrong?
Buster Sword has 189 atk.
760 atk - 652 atk = 108 atk
108/189 = 57% gain, not 50%
Yea I noticed that too but game says 50% so I kept it simple to shorten the video (you'll notice a edit cut in the video) since it made no difference to the user if we can't manipulate it.

If you’re getting a percentage increase from an R.Ability it reflects in the stat page. So that will throw of your calculations. You do in fact only get 50% of the stats from the Sub weapons. Your R. Abilities just make it seem like you’re getting a bigger bonus.
Yea you're 100% correct it seems like 50% of those go on as well.

Eventually you'll get enough pulls to get it on your wishlist. If not it's a good investment on fairy tale.

How do you unlock braver for the buster sword I have the materials but it won’t lvl it up to 40 to unlock braver...it’s saying not enough materials but what else do I need then caus rig won’t show me what I need. The ones it did show that I need I got like the memory of cloud an the buster sword part thing but I can’t lvl it up to 40
Making it a 5* gets you the Braver ability which you need those schematic pieces to get it to 5* and beyond which you get through the beginner missions. Hope that helps :)
Lvl uncap tab uses mats found deeper. Click the mats then click where it shows you where to get and then get. Thing it uses mid lvl steel found deeper. Or buy e mats much faster imo. Maybe keep doing story until the deeper areas get unlock so you can see the newer mats.
@@boines yeah it’s the Upgrade rarity that gets you braver but I don’t know how to unlock it? My buster sword is lvl 40 an I can lvl it up to 50 but I don’t know how the upgrade rarity works to get me the ability braver. An I am a bit far in the story I feel like I should of got it by now, unless I’m still missing something.

Only 5 Pull?? .. but so many red weapons ... How?
All the weapons were the same. 2 clouds, 2 barret, 2 Aerith. Didn't get any variety though so bad subslots for me.
