Still watched it even when I am a day 1 player. Very good presentation as an introductory to the game. I think there is going to be an insane flux of new players with the steam edition so veterans need to have a bit of patience and willingness to help the new people both on the discord and on reddit. We want more people playing, not scaring them away.
Not sure if Payne said anything about the CO-ops, but if you come to higher level CO-ops bring right equipment, right sigil breaks and your own heals. Nobody want to carry a totally worthless character. Harder fights are hard for a reason. If you bring a healer(Earith,Matt) heal. So that the DPS don't have to concentrate and worry about their HP. Learn the fights and bring something to table. Even if it is a sigil breaks, heals or buffs/breaks. Learn when to use your limit burst. Stacked LB's do more damage. 2 LB's give 1.1 multiplier, 3 LB's 1.25 multiplier.
Great guide Payne! Hopefully a lot of people see this. I definitely messed up my first draw when I stared the game. I only did like 3 resets and took a draw with 1 5 star weapon for Cloud. I should have pulled for Fairy Tale, but I honestly didn't feel the need for it with having Aeriths healing LB. I made my team hyper offense and then eventually started putting Fairy Tale in my wishlist.

At the same time, you're also saying that we should focus on a main DPS and a debuffer, while both Cloud and Sephiroth are DPS characters. Who acts as a debuffer in this constellation? Or are both DPS with debuff options? I'm a huge Sephiroth fan and definitely want to use him as my main character - as much as the content allows - with Aerith as the healer. Currently I actually use Cloud as a third character and then divide my debuffs... While I was watching the video, I realized again how much this game actually offers and how much you have to do... As a complete newbie, it can be quite overwhelming, so I think it's good that have made such a beginner's guide. PS: Am I correct that the Steam version is missing the 2x 50 crystals that you can get through advertising. Then you definitely have a reason to log in to the mobile phone version at least once a day.

You can technically use Cloud as your main healer if you get his AoE healing weapon (you can put it on the wishlist on any banner) , but if you grab Aerith's AoE weapon instead she can heal better because she has more basic Heal stat + can AoE heal with her Limit Break. So its up to you (or either to what you end up pulling). As a debuffer probably the best one is Tifa (again,priority is Limit Breaks cause everyone has access to those no matter what) and she can reduce Def and Magic Def by 2 levels + she has every standard debuff (atk,def,Matk,Mdef) available through gacha weapons unlike other characters. Even with no gacha weapons she is able to fill that role but you also want to provide her with weapons that can either debuff more or add DPS cause you want to end the battles ASAP and with just 1 pure DPS you wont make it in time against the hardest content.

I have suggestion for you my friend. You shouldn't pack all of things in 1 video. Why not try it by parts like: Beginner Guide Part 1 - Choose Your Weapon Beginner Guide Part 2 - Choose Your Main Characters Beginner Part 3 - Battle Mechanics And so on. So it's not overwhelm new player watch this. Even a day 1 player like me will confuse if informed with a a lot of packed stuff like this.
I would also love some info on how to unlink my account from bluestacks and link it to steam, when i try to do it on my phone it says that the account is linked to another device as bluestacks emulte another phone :S
sadly the story parts get released 1 a month so you will go through those quick. the game at the end of the day is a gacha grinding system so the weapons and items matter a lot
rerolled 10 times. got two 5 stars only once. figured this will give me cancer before 3-4 AND the healer weapon in that 3-4. thanks for ruining this game for me before i even start.
You have so many cloud memory fragments. Why wouldn’t you upgrade his magic attack, it helps a lot with summon damage 🤦♂️ You’re leaving damage on the table for no reason. Also never boost a chocobo expedition to max. You’re wasting resources. It’s always best to boost to 1 less than max.
Focusing on Lucia atm and saving fragments for newer lvl cap increase. It's actually not as much dmg as u think (my p2w account has it maxed out). As for chocobo, maxing right away and taking right away doesn't actually leave much room for error. It's when u max with less time left that it takes up resources
I recommend deleting this shit and forgetting it forever and giving the game negative reviews on Steam so that square enix would not release such a thing at all.
