I'm an American visiting my fience here in the UK and we found you guys on RUclips about 2 months ago and we have been watching daily, LOVE that you love America. I love it here as well. 😊
Yes Sir!! You guys look like real Texans now. Your Mom's hat really looks good. That is exactly how a working hat looks. Whether they a working on a ranch, or just working in a suburban garden. I haven't been down to San Antonio in years.
Now is a good time since it's finally starting to cool down. What I would visit in downtown area, the Alamo, the River walk, San Fernando Cathedral, the Governors Palace, Briscoe Western art Museum, Market Square. Also check out Menger Hotel next to the Alamo. The bar is a smaller copy of the one in England's Parliament and the interior has mementos of when Teddy Roosevelt signed up volunteers for the Rough Riders, it's free.
I've been to San Antonio and the Riverwalk countless number of times since childhood, since I live an 1hr 45 mins away from there. It's great to see RUclipsrs I follow experiencing a great time there too as well!
Your mom getting the chile spice cracked me up. Classic brits getting spices from around the world to never use them x.D your mom probably will use it though since shes been making alot of american foods as content on the channel.
Brings back memories from the late 80s when I was also a river walk barge captain. Back then the barge controls were at our back. We operated the river barge with our arms behind us.
Love San Antonio and the river walk. I wish you had been able to visit some of the missions on what is called the Mission Trail which is 5 missions. They offer such a feeling of peace.
I know this was just uploaded 10 mins ago, but I just got home from playing golf just north out downtown, and it was SUPER HOT! I hope you enjoyed your time in San Antonio.
Thanks, guys. So glad you enjoyed San Antonio. Several years ago I worked as a boat captain giving tours around the Riverwalk. It was one of the most fun jobs I ever had. I got to meet people from around the world, like you great folks.
The Wife and I live in Katy Texas just outside of Houston to the West. It's about a 190 mile road trip to San Antonio from our home. We've been talking about road tripping to San Antonio to visit the River Walk and hit some restaurants. Thats a little over halfway to our weekend place in Junction Texas on the South Llano river. If you were to go North West out of San Antonio you'd hit the Texas Hill Country. It's a beautiful piece of Texas full of wild game of a lot of varieties. It's totally worth the trip!!! Especially if you head to Vanderpool and Leakey!!
I’ve never been to San Antonio but I think it’s better to drive most of your destinations and do short walks when you see people, so it’s safer for you and the family. Safe travels.
The building with the silver dome at 1:30 is known as the Casino Club. It had a rooftop garden where my parents went to dance in the 1930s. The gargoyles on the Tower Life building are water drains. You missed the Arneson River Theater.
The hat fit Vicki very well. And now I see that she purchased "chili seasoning." Does that mean my request for chili is coming for one of Vicki's cooking vids? The San Antonio River Walk is nice. Well done guys!!
We were there when our daughter graduated from basic training. We had a great time, but my two young nephews asked to "do the boat" so many times, my ears started bleeding😂
Good to see you guys! Also, I just watched the meatloaf episode and immediately had to go back to watch Victoria cook pecan pie and corndogs. Fantastic! Home runs!
I love Starbucks Carmel Machiato(mock-key-aw-toe) & I make it kinda sweet. It's so good & I get a lot a latte's with coconut milk. You were such a big help on this trip glad you went to help. 😂 💜🙏
Hope you learn something from the architecture around you. As it should help you in your job. By understanding new design ideas and techniques you can actually get ahead a little bit. Florida’s architecture is so different and should be seen from the winter park boat tour. Although we do have the walking tour as well.
Take the boat ride with a grain of salt. This is not a historical tour and the captains tend to make things up as they go. I like doing it in December when the whole river is lighted up for Christmas.
Riverwalk always a good time!
Archie is such an adorable baby and very observant of his surroundings.👶👍

Lived in San Antonio for ten years, such a great place. The limestone used to construct the Riverwalk is full of fossils!!
Glad you enjoyed our City! Y'all come back now!

Riverwalk rule #1 If somebody waves 👋 at you, you have to wave back 👋👋
Those are NOT cowboy hats. Those are novelty hats! Glad you enjoyed Texas!
You are only a few miles from me. Glad you guys got to experience the famous river walk.

They ought to see if they can react to some of the tour videos by the Architectural Digest channel and tour guide companies.
ARCHIE..STOP GROWING SO FAST!!!
Y'all worry me. Be extra careful.
What kind of clothing is a pram?
I hope it’s okay to suggest that you add the date or mention the date in the videos where you record tours or reviews. Good luck with your channel.
