  • Today, we'll be using All the bands, including "Regina Bands", and resistance bands with and without handles. The main focus will be on targeting your upper body and back. And since we have 'Regina' with us, we'll definitely include one or two moves using the 'Regina Bands' to target your largest muscle group.

    This "band only" workout was very challenging seemed even more so than using weights for upper body, especially with the 45, 30 and 30 holds. My arms were shaking. Thanks, Chris & Regina!

    I’m dealing with foot pain that may be a stress fracture and have had to curtail most of my workouts. I loved being able to join Chris and Regina from my chair for this mostly upper body workout. Thank you ladies!

    Wow my arm shake on a couple of those holds was intense. Added the Mobility Day 28 stretch after this one to really stretch out my neck and shoulders!

    I always love a bands-only workout. This was great! Big fan of Rick Springfield here. I have been a fan since middle school when I first saw him as Dr. Noah Drake in General Hospital. My best friend and I were part of his fan club. LOL. And yes, he holds up! I follow him on Instagram.

    I don't normally say this, but I am proud of myself! I was able to utilize my balance trainer for some of the moves this morning (especially the lat pull down) . I was surprised how well I did! Thank you Chris for your daily motivation. I used to dread working out, but now find myself excited to get engaged each day. I have a long way to go, but I have come a long way already. Thank you!

    I usually preview before but I just did it and it was AWESOME! Arms on fire. Regina great job on showing modifications and I too only start when timer starts. Chris thanks for keeping it fun and all the laughs😆

    I really enjoyed this. Normally, I approach arms with a bit of dread due to shoulder issues which have plagued me for years. However, I found using the bands in this way I got a really thorough upper body workout without feeling that I was in any danger of causing any further issues. I loved the banter as always and the time flew by. This was the perfect finish to my week thank you.

    I really messed up last week! I did way too much, including 2 CrossFit style workouts where it was fast paced weights plus cardio. My back and exterior obliques have not been great! This is the first of your workouts this week. Anyone who thinks that you can’t get a good workout with bands needs to think again! Love Regina’s energy.

    All bands you say…. To myself “this won’t be as hard as a dumbbell workout”. Well I was wrong. This was tough but it was so good. Thanks Chris and Regina. Nice to put a face to a band, lol.     I was looking forward to this class, interested in an all band workout. I really liked it! It is a good travel workout, as you mentioned. Too funny putting in the pictures of who you were talking about! Thank you Chris and Regina you're the best!

    Great work out with bands. Can’t believe Regina let Chris get away without putting the “ Regina Band “ around her thighs. Loved the conversation about Rick Springfield and Sonny.     I was surprised how effective the bands were! I monster walked my bands up off the floor at the end and stuffed them in the bags while holding 😅 great workout and conversation! Men seem to age like fine wine for sure! 🍷

    This was such an intense arm workout!!!!!!! After the first set I was like OMGGGGGGG WHATTTTT!!!! Regina is such as asset to the channel. YOU GIRLS ARE FUNNY!!!!!!!! I was laughing the whole time.

    Yes great arm workout loved using all the bands. Oh and yes Sonny was my favorite in GH as well as Jason. They still look good too. Thanks for always keeping the workouts challenging and bringing some humor too.

    so fun, Regina using Regina Bands!🤩 love the change up with using bands for upper body and always love the sprikle of lower body. I have bands with handles but also bands that are continuous so no handles!! I was switching out based on the move, "love" the isometric hold set 😅Great job Regina! xoxo

    Fun fact. Finger counting approach varies across the world - not everyone starts with the index finger as 1. For example, some people start with the thumb. Btw, I loved the band workout.

    LOVE a band workout they always surprise me! Full resistance little gravity helps challenge myself just a bit more.
    Didn’t expect Regina to take us to church in the end 😂😂 but glad she did!

    great workout 🙂was laughing about the counting.. it's been a big conversation piece between friends from Europe, US, UK. Europe we start with the thumb. Growing in the US I got bunch of crap for that 😀
