- Today, we'll be using All the bands, including "Regina Bands", and resistance bands with and without handles. The main focus will be on targeting your upper body and back. And since we have 'Regina' with us, we'll definitely include one or two moves using the 'Regina Bands' to target your largest muscle group.

This "band only" workout was very challenging seemed even more so than using weights for upper body, especially with the 45, 30 and 30 holds. My arms were shaking. Thanks, Chris & Regina!
I’m dealing with foot pain that may be a stress fracture and have had to curtail most of my workouts. I loved being able to join Chris and Regina from my chair for this mostly upper body workout. Thank you ladies!

I always love a bands-only workout. This was great! Big fan of Rick Springfield here. I have been a fan since middle school when I first saw him as Dr. Noah Drake in General Hospital. My best friend and I were part of his fan club. LOL. And yes, he holds up! I follow him on Instagram.

I don't normally say this, but I am proud of myself! I was able to utilize my balance trainer for some of the moves this morning (especially the lat pull down) . I was surprised how well I did! Thank you Chris for your daily motivation. I used to dread working out, but now find myself excited to get engaged each day. I have a long way to go, but I have come a long way already. Thank you!
That was a crazy challenging workout with bands only. I thought my arms were going to fall off with the 45-30-30 segments. 😱Yikes! ❤️💯❤️

I really enjoyed this. Normally, I approach arms with a bit of dread due to shoulder issues which have plagued me for years. However, I found using the bands in this way I got a really thorough upper body workout without feeling that I was in any danger of causing any further issues. I loved the banter as always and the time flew by. This was the perfect finish to my week thank you.

I really messed up last week! I did way too much, including 2 CrossFit style workouts where it was fast paced weights plus cardio. My back and exterior obliques have not been great! This is the first of your workouts this week. Anyone who thinks that you can’t get a good workout with bands needs to think again! Love Regina’s energy.

so fun, Regina using Regina Bands!🤩 love the change up with using bands for upper body and always love the sprikle of lower body. I have bands with handles but also bands that are continuous so no handles!! I was switching out based on the move, "love" the isometric hold set 😅Great job Regina! xoxo

Fun fact. Finger counting approach varies across the world - not everyone starts with the index finger as 1. For example, some people start with the thumb. Btw, I loved the band workout.
