Are these compatible with Head Rush?

For live use - If you can input IRs into your headrush then yes because you can export the IR you made out. I have never tried a headrush but if it was a feature to load in your own IR then you should be good.
Im pretty sure if you was to connect the headrush directly to the DAW and disable the cab section and use an IR loader in your session it would work fine. But again, never used a headrush before but those are fairly basic features so i will be surprised if you cant do that.
