    As someone who does not really work out and know nothing about it, this video really answered my questions. This video also explained everything concisely, in which a beginner must equip himself with. One thing that i will always remember and apply to everything that i do is proper planning. Because i am the type of person who is very organized, and takes planning seriously. So this video really helped me have a clue on what to expect and include in my workout plan as someone who knows nothing about exercises.

    After watching this great tutorial video, i made up my mind that i need workout plan before I engage to each type of eexcercise that can make my body to push its limit so i can gain na incredible healthy body that can withstand a difficult workout routine.

    To have an effective workout. We should set goals and schedule. The five steps in achieving this is to have a consistency, variety, volume, progression and trank. There are a lot of benefits of working out and I believe that working out is not just making me healthy but it makes me feel free and alive too ❤.

    We all know that we are facing different problems and disasters especially the biggest problem that we have today the corona virus, we need to stay at home for our safety, for us not to have this virus. We are only staying at our houses why not have a work out? This is what i am thinking right now. We spend a very long time to quarantine ourselves and this is a very good chance to change our lifestyle especially to have a healthy lifestyle. “Working out for a longer period of time doesnt necessarily equate to better or quicker results, rather its about how consistent and efficient your workout is in order to achieve result”. Which is true because you need to discipline yourself in having a work-out. Yes you are doing some work-out but you only do it when you want to and doesn’t have the consistency to do it. So we need to create our work-out plan for us to have a guide on how we do our work-out daily and we should be following it. As the saying said we need be consistent and efficient in working out for us to achieve a better result.

    Having a workout plan provides you with structure so that you aren't wondering what to do next. It tells us or it helps to know what exercise, how many reps, and how many sets. Everything is laid out before doing your exercise and it provides us goal - to complete the plan/list. And having efficient work out plan helps us to prevent burnout.

    Creating a workout plan in one of the best ways to proactive on your health. Planning out good fitness workout is key in promoting and maintaning good health. Because having a workout plan can dictate the work that must be done in order to reach the goal. it give purpose to the workout, which can be very motivating and the great thing is that, there is a goal in place, something to work towards.

    What I have learned in this video is that we need to make/have a plan before doing something, not just in work, but in everything we want to do in life. Planning is important because it is the foundation that helps you to achieve your ultimate goals. Having a plan helps you define the scope of your project and it also helps you stay focused, set goals and objectives, meet deadlines, measure succes and debrief the entire projects.

    having a workout plan will help you boost the outcome everytime you exercise. having a workout journal will help you bring out the maximum output that your body could take/exert. it will help you monitor your progress and see what to change for you to achieve your goal much sooner.

    What I've learned after watching this video is that we must have an effective and efficient workout plan to achieve our fitness goal.
    Exercise improves self-confidence. One of the reasons many individuals do not attempt an exercise program is because they feel they are not very athletic or coordinated. Once an exercise program is begun, however, these same individuals discover that they are indeed able to work out successfully: gaining muscle tone and strength, improving their stamina, and improving how they feel emotionally. These revelations are very empowering. It is this increased sense of self confidence and improved sense of well-being that eventually becomes the sustaining force that helps people to continue their exercise program.

    Despite of our busy schedule as a nursing student, I find time to workout for 20-30 mins,but I don't have work out plan to follow and I also notice that it only bring minimal changes to my body.
    After watching this video, it made me realize that having a plan is important and also a proper diet which I didn't consider while I'm working out.     "There's no such thing that go successful without a plan".Throughout the duration of the video presentation, I've learned that creating a workout plan and applying it with utmost consistency will lead you to achieving your goal body. Creating your own workout plan is very significant so that you won't get lost along your way-it's like a map that will guide you, hence it'll prevent you from wondering what to do next and will stop you from idling. With regards to the variety of exercises you'll be doing, have some time to change them from now and then in that case you'll vabish boredom out of the picture and you'll bget to experience and explore new exercises. In addition, your workout plan also aids you as to what exercise you need to do and how many times you'll have to do it. Working out is undeniably an ardous and tedious thing to do but if you really have a goal-stick with it and don't delay just because you're tired and you're just lazy. Always remember that the most beautiful things take time, patience and determination, so if you really want that goal body,don't stop and go for it.
    Unlike the ones we see in the movies, instantaneous outcomes are futile- we don't get what we desire in just a flick of our hand or in a blink if an eye.     "There is no such thing that goes successful without a plan." I agree with this phrase because without having a forethought before performing anything, things might go wrong or things might not lead to how you expected it to be. In terms of working out, having a work out plan could help you achieve your fitness goal. Since you have this goal, your body will consistently tell you that you have to finish the work out plan you made in order to actualize your goal.

    I have learned that creating effective workout plan is really helpful, especially to those beginners. Because it should be based on what kind of exercise routine you are capable of and what should be the flow of the plan. Because it would be a guide for you to achieve your well being and wellness.     If you plan in doing a work out and you have to do a workout plan especially to the beginners because it is important to have a plan to achieve your goal . It is easy to do your exercises and it will be more effective and fast to do your daily work out , with a work out plan it is also your guide because there are so many varieties of exercises and with out your work out plan you will not have a consistency , if you don't have consistency your work out will not effective. If you do your work out plan you will have to do some diet and motivation if you want to achieve your dream body .

    After watching the video, I kept in my mind that consistency plays a big role in a work out plan, it is important for us to know what we can and cannot do. Work out plan and stable mindset is a must because it helps us to maintain and reach our specific goal.     To achieve fitness goals, body goals, and, health goals you need to create a workout plan to achieve these goals. The workout exercise program is important, especially for us student who is busy dealing with activities and lessons. I've learned that consistency is the number one factor that will get your results. You must be consistent and dedicated to achieving the goals you want to achieve but, it doesn't mean that if your exercise for a long period you will get a better result because achieving better results is about how consistent and efficient your exercise.

    Before you do a workout, you must have set your goals to achieve, you must know your fitness level, and also you must know how to manage your time. Because doing a workout is not just all about achieving a good body or losing weight, but also a training on how to manage your time, on how your are consistent in doing it. Also, workout is not just all about heavy workouts but also you need to cooldown, relax the muscles that are trigerred during the workout.     I've learned that it's not necessary to work out every single day. I am the type of person who wants to work out, but I'm lazy. For me to overcome this laziness, I realized that I need to create a great plan for me to become productive. Working out is just like us students who should read, and do productive work. We work out in order to achieve some result. We may want to get stronger or lose body fat. Likewise, people read, think, produce and treat others well in order to achieve some desirable outcome. And the more a person does any of these things, the closer he/she will get to his/her goal.

    My Insight about this video is whenever you want to have a slim or have a body like Hulk, Is that you have to make a work out plan and especially your food in take .. in this video i can suggest that this is a perfect lecture for you to be able to set and achieve your body build. as far as I have learned according to the video is first you have to make a work out plan but that is not the point because even though you have your work out plan if your not consistent in working there will be no changes in your body. consistency is like being addicted to your work out as planned to achieve your goal. there are also a procedures that is related to your work out such as reps and sets that depends on how you wanted to be its either you want to be a body builder, slim or an athletic body. We also need to have the proper intake of food for example if you wanted a body builder's body you need to eat a lot of proteins that helps for building up your muscle if you want to be a slim person you need to lessen your in take of carbohydrates like rice but if you want to be in an athletic body there's a balanced diet ( not too much or not too less)..

    Working out means working with my health and the future. Health is wealth that is one of the priorities that I should maintain. Working out is a lifetime commitment that shouldn't postpone or put in the back of my head rather I should make it philosophy in life that working out is a way to a healthy life because life means being healthy. I realized that as I getting older my strength and abilities are degrading and working out is a must to make my body as healthy as possible or as I can. Working out is similar to our need to breathe to live because if I do not practice and live the idea of working out then my body will weaken until my body can't any longer function well. Working out is easy to promote but hard to apply in our lives and this is a challenge for me to be conscious of my body or health status. For me to engage with working out, I must have a work-out plan that will serve as a blueprint whenever I do any type of work-out. A work-out plan is not something easy to formulate rather there are many things to consider. Upon creating my work-out plan takes a lot of thinking and time. From this, I'm now ready to do a work-out. A work-out plan is like a lesson plan that is to create an objective (to be healthy and fit) that is based on the curriculum (proper guidelines in doing work-out) and the application is when I will do the work-out, and assessment is when I monitor and check my body and health status and last is evaluation that if something wrong or didn't work with me then I have to change my plan or improve it. The work-out plan is a cyclical process that records and monitors my body and health status on achieving a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is not a trend, it is a classic that never ends.

    I have learned that creating an effective workout plan that corresponds to what you desire or what you are capable to do makes it less hassle and easier. And having a workout plan is one of the best ways to be proactive on your health, and provides you with structure so that you aren't wondering what to do next. It is deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan.” If we are really determined to achieve something we must not only act upon it in but we must carefully plan our actions towards it in order for us not to waste time and to have a concrete and systematic framework on the actions to be done.

    For me. If you want to have a creative work out plan you must make a goal plan or fitness plan and decide how many days a week to dedicate to training. Decide if you will work a body part 1x or 2x a week,choose the right exercise to stack together. And then you must also make a daily diet plan. Less carbohydrates to eat.
    My Daily plan work outs(tabata and cloething work out)
    1. Plank-3mins
    2. Reverse plank-2mins
    3. Jumping jacks-1min
    4. Push ups-1min
    5. Sqaut-1min
    6. Curl up-1min
    7. Side jump-1min
    8. Butty kick-1min
    9. High knee intense-1min
    10.Squat high knee- 1 min
    My rest day are wendsday and sunday.
    This is my daily kinds of workout.
    But always remember always trust the process in order to make our effective work out.NO PAIN NO GAIN.

    Creating work out plan is not just easy as 1 2 3, there are many to consider. Such as Consistency or How often and when should I workout?, without consistency in work out can give problem to your body. It could over stress you or THE WORK OUT will be not effective without consistency. Next is wouldVolume or How many sets, reps, and rest time, because when you over power the work out you can have serious injury or it can make you faint or sick. Next is Progression and tracking workout, because tracking your work out can see you progress. Ayaw naman natin ng nag wowork out tayo ng walang nangyayari nakakatamad yon lalo, kaya dapat as we work out matino at proper work out ang gagawin natenn pero with porper diet para mas effective. Kapit lang sa katagang "IF I WANT IT, I'LL GET IT"

    I am chubby since I was a kid. I easily gain weight and I am not an active person. I decided to start working out at home when I was in gr11. But it only lasts for a week because I have other things to do that's why I only workout when I have time and when I like to. I am always wondering why I don't get the results I want despite of those workout that I did. But after watching this video, I realized that I do need an effective workout plan because it would be really helpful especially to those people who are trying to loose some weight like me. I am still a busy person, I have to do a lot of school activities, but those tips and knowledge that I learned from this video, I will use them as a motivation to be consistent and to educate others as well. Discipline, commitment, and consistency is must; always have the courage to do what you want in order to achieve your goals and get what you desired.

    CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY. There is no shortcut in getting our desired fitness goals. We need to have time, dedication and patience. Creating a workout plan allows us to stay on track and be disciplined. Working out does not resting to get faster and better results. We need to rest as much as we work out for our body to work properly, and allow it to build muscles and burn fat. Aside from that, it is also important to look out for our diet if we really want results. It is a 80:20 ratio. 80% diet and 20% workout. Always be reminded that it will not just benefit us physically, but as well aw mentally and emotionally especially amidst this pandemic.

    If we want to be better or attain some goals; some changes should start within ourselves. In engaging with physical activities or workout training, we should consider our age, goal, fitness and the level of exercise. If we set our goal (ex: to lose weight), we should have a workout plan wherein the number of workout days is stated, how long the exercise should be (ex: maybe 30 mins-1 hour a day), and the type of exercise that we'll be executing (stretch/cardio training). Having a workout plan is a good step in achieving our goal. If we started our workout plan/training, consistency is the best way to see some good results and changes.

    After watching this video, I've learned that it is important to know your goal and plan with it before performing a work out. We should know our goal and have a plan and keep it, because we'll be more successful if we know what our goals are and how we are going to achieve them. Setting goals makes achieving fitness more manageable. By focusing on specific goals, we will achieve better results than having no goal at all.     I am not an active person, I am the kind of person who just want to lie on the bed all day. But as days go by I've observed that my body is getting fatter because of my diet and because of not having a proper daily workout. Hence, I've planned to change my lifestyle and start doing workouts, but because I lack knowledge about proper workouts that suit for my body I don't know where to start. This is where I believe having a plan can really make a profound difference. Workout plans serve as a guidance in which it dictates us what work should be done to achieve our goals. The established plan can be useless if there is inconsistency. “Consistency is the number one factor that will get your results”.     Upon watching this video, I learned that working out with consistency is important for achieving body goals. Having a workout plan provides you with structure so that you aren't wondering what to do next or just reverting back to the ol' cardio equipment. Our workout plan tell you which exercise to do, how many reps, how many sets, etc. Everything is laid out for you. And Individuals should consider varying their exercise routines for them to prevent boredom associated with doing the same things workout after workout and also to avoid or delay reaching a plateau in workout performance and, subsequently, training results.

    Having a workout plan is the best way for you to achieve your fitness goal, may it be in losing weight, the opposite, or any other more. The first thing and the most important thing to do in creating a workout plan is to assess yourself. Am I a beginner? What intensity can I handle? How about my schedule? What kind of workout do I prefer? What actually is my goal? After assessing yourself then you can go and have your research. Watch and listen to different people's advises. But then you have to understand that "what can be effective to other people cannot be effective to you, because we have different body compositions," and so you have to consider a lot of factors including your age, weight, and health.
    As you workout you will learn and realize a lot of things, especially on your own body. You have to keep going, because being consistent is yet the most effective thing in achieving a goal in fitness field. You have to keep in mind though to not go hard on yourself, and have rest days. Give time for your body to recover, and soon after you will just realize that you're becoming stronger.
    I surely know the feeling of being super excited in seeing the results of our hardwork, but know that this is going to be a long journey. We just have to enjoy the most out of it and stick to our plan.

I’m the type of person who’s lazy when it comes to exercising or working out, but these tips will indeed help me if i ever start to workout once again. There are several forms of exercises to choose from but the main way to get you to the desired goal is regular diet, progress control, rest and determination.     After watching this video, I remember the times when I was planning to have a workout for a month but I failed to follow it. My plan for the whole month lasted only for three days because I lose interest and felt lazy to continue it. Yes, I wasn’t that consistent to consummate on what I’ve planned for myself. In this video I’ve learned that it is easy to make a workout plan but it is hard to follow especially if you lacked discipline to yourself. Workout plan is important because it serves as your guide that can lead to your goal. By developing a plan, you’ll be able to systematically see what you have worked on and what you can move on to next.
