      The only way the headset connects to the Xbox is with a 3.5mm cable into the controller.
      It does not work wirelessly

    bro i didnt get a dongle then i realized it was made in china no wonder why i didnt get one

      Most everything is made in China when it comes to electronics.
      The good news is If you purchased through Amazon you can do a return for a replacement. I find it easier to call customer support for that to be set up.
