There is a company in the south of France still producings new parts and prices are comparable with parts for new models. The 2CV has much less parts. The engine in not water cooled. It has only 2 cylinders in synchonouse flat boxer configuration. It's made of aluminum. You can even buy a brand new chassis for little more than € 1000. Shipping parts to Japan may be expensive though. Electronic ignition is now available too.
Il y a de très bonnes indications, sur les couples de serrage et les joints à changer. De toute manière il serait impensable de faire ce boulot sans revue technique. Pour moi c'est une très bonne vidéo, bien synthétique.

Pas conseillé de monter le moteur en propulsif, car il sera très mal refroidi...
