This bracelet looks identical to the one on my Seiko Kinetic GMT I just bought. When I picked it up I was absolutely blown away by the feel and look of the bracelet. I had a hard time believing it was a Seiko bracelet.

Seiko, for all its faults, murdered it. This is the kind of design Omega has only achieved with the Aqua Terra. Not sure any watch under $1000 has more value.
Just got the green. Every time I see it I think it's the finest looking object I've ever owned. I'll probably get blue as well because these are just too unique and beautiful. Edit got the blue on the Artem sailcloth grey stitched strap. Worth it

I’m usually a Sucker for Blue Dials. But I have to admit... the White Dial speaks to me more. My money would have gone there instead.
Good review... I got me this watch as an everyday piece, and I have to say... It's a fantastic one at that. It sits very comfortably, it has sharp but discreet lume, and hands/indices are always legible. Together with the great dial it's quickly becoming my favorite piece in the collection... I love the Presage series but the Sharp Edge models maybe even more. I'm looking for a dressy watch in this price range. I think these watches with 6R35 movement worth the money...

Idk maybe I’m way off here but I’m getting some AP royal oak vibes with that dial. Absolutely gorgeous.
I think seiko could set the branding on the dial just like they were able to do with the SRPE43 presage but they went with this instead. I like this raised plate on this watch though, i think it adds abit of something to the otherwise empty and a little too clean dial
This one is the next on my watch want list after I catch up from buying three in one month!

best intro ever ( because sadly it is true) no disposable income left whatsoever. After seeing that shade of blue i'd say this one is the most beautiful. ( I would have sat for 30 minutes of timegraphing if you left the beeping on. Great review.

@@civicus2905 they already did that on many patterned dials of the Presage line. I think that shouldn't really be a problem for Seiko.
This is my favorite of the three, but it's hard to justify another blue dial watch.

soft spot for blue. but in the end for this dress watch id go white. because if i got blue i'll have too many blue watches. if you dont have a decent blue watch id go blue.

This is going to be my only watch... My GADA watch. I'm torn between blue and black. I have a small-ish wrist (6.5 inch) white would be too big for me I guess. I don't think the black dial brings out the hemp leaf pattern that much. I'm definitely leaning towards the blue lol
The blue is my favorite of the sharp series. It's a daily wear on the flash side. Nice, but too flashy for me.

Blue dial is it! Because of this video I made my choice
After the time I say I still like it. Wears bigger than 39mm. Steel is darker than expected and darker than on other watches. Dial color floats from blue to pale grey, the green one floats from green to black instead.

Hey, Good Video absolutely love it! I do need your help though, I am thinking to buy myself a good watch for the first time and there are 2 watches that came to my mind: (1) Seiko Presage SPB167 (blue one) and then (2) the tissot powermatic 80 silicium blue dial
What do you think about both of these, and maybe you could help me figure out which one I should buy? Keep up the good work!

well the dial for one thing. however, watches are not always about spec's. For Value Tissot is impossible to beat! For example the Tissot Seastar has more water resist and technically a better movement then say a new Seiko Willardx or 62mas reissue. yet sells for $500 USD regularly on grey market. while Seikos new Willard is double the price or MORE with less specs. However, no one on earth would buy the Tissot diver if Tissot had the guts to price it like Seiko priced the Willard. tissot would make zero sales on their diver. because it just doesn't matter to collectors. The Tissot SeaStar is proof that Spec's do not make a watch. It can have 1000m water resist and 5 day power reserve and still the seiko willard will out sell it 1000:1.
hope that helps! I wanted to do a comparo between the tissot and this watch but I couldn't get my hands on a Tissot unless I bought one. And I dont want to be stuck with it.
@@EscapementWatch Thanks a lot! Ok, so let's say Seiko are more attractive for customers than Tissot :) (looks like at least if even better specs are still cheaper for Tissot). I'm still wondering why since one could state swiss movement could make it better than standard JP movement.

Thank you for the kind words and watching our videos. We did do a video on the dark manta beautiful watch. I always go back and forth between turtle and Samurai. If you have the wrist for it I would go turtle for the vintage vibe but the Samurai is definitely growing on me.

Is actually a dress watch solid color simple dial , you can change it for a leather strap
but with nice lume and 100m water resist it treads on the sports watch line!
@@EscapementWatch that s a matter of personal appreciation, I have different watches Candino , Tissot, a Rolex , Bulova , Orient , Seiko, Tevise , generally speaking the simplest the dial the most formal , the leather strap the most formal However I mean by interchangeably with a suit a business casual , a denim jacket and so on . I am Chilean and down here unless a wealthy neighborhood Chilean are not very good at dress codes, Kind regards

Seiko's run fast more likely then running slow. But you can always regulate it after it breaks in at a watchmaker for cheap. Or watch my regulation videos on seiko and do it yourself.

The whole sports/dress watch division is mostly irrelevant these days. No one really notices your outfit watch pairing anymore. Today I wore my urushi seiko 029 with sweatpants while shoveling snow. Looked great out there too.
