Recipe: How to make Sukiyaki Hot Sauce
วิธีทำซอสสุกี้ยากี้
Ingredients / ส่วนผสม
2- cups deep-fried crispy shallots / หอมแดงทอดกรอบ
2- cups deep-fried crispy garlic / กระเทียมทอดกรอบ
1- 16 oz. bottle red soybean sauce / ซอสถั่วเหลืองสีแดง
3- cups roasted white sesame seed / ย่างงาขาว
3- cups roasted peanut / ถั่วอบ
2- bottles shrimp paste with bean oil 7 oz. (200g)/ กะปิกับน้ำมันถั่ว
1 cup dried powder chili pepper / พริกแห้งป่น
2- cans coconut milk 19 ft. oz. (560g) / กะทิ
1/2 cup sugar / น้ำตาล
1/2 cup chicken bouillon powder / ผงน้ำซุปไก่
1/2 cup vegetable oil / น้ำมันพืช
