Sukiyaki is hands down one of my favorite hot pots of all time! It's salty, slightly sweet and so comforting. As the winter rolls around, here's how to make Sukiyaki at home. It tastes like the restaurants ones in Tokyo. Try it out - and I know you'll love it!

"Little tattoos" I love your analogies!!! Making this for the hubby. He likes sukiyaki. I don't make it often enough.

That's not 쑥 (Artemisia princeps, mugwort, yomogi), that's 쑥갓 (Glebionis coronaria, crown daisy, chrysanthemum green, shungiku, tonghao). They are different plants. 쑥 is used to make 쑥떡 aka yomogi mochi. 쑥갓 is a vegetable added to dishes and soups like sukiyaki and 꽃게탕

I'm glad the raw egg made an appearance at the end! Not sukiyaki without it!

My Boyfriend is hopeless at cooking but one time we watched your vid on nikujaga and wanted to try it out by himself with you as a guide, his dish turned out great! Maybe I can get him to make this next 🤔
