Meet Douglas J. Lisle, Ph.D., founder of a new method of approaching human psychology and wellbeing. He describes this approach as Esteem Dynamics - its core insights adapted from a revolutionary biological approach to psychology. Esteem Dynamics is the first such effort - born of Dr. Lisle’s 25-years of clinical experience wedded to the deep insights into human nature now available via evolutionary psychology. Dr. Doug Lisle He is currently the Director of Research for the TrueNorth Health Center and also serves as the psychologist for the McDougall Wellness Program, both located in Santa Rosa, California.
Our conversation was ABSOLUTELY fascinating! He discuss habits, human behavior, esteem dynamics, and so much more! Seriously one of the most informative podcasts to date with practical information to apply to your life today. I hope you enjoy it.

I love Dr Marbas' huge smile at the end of Lisle's explanation of natural hygiene, water fasting, and what to think of the current state of drs and the medical Dr system in the USA etc.

I just like to say that although I agree with everything Dr lisle is saying. An anteater is assessing another anteater on its ability to find ants it's just that it's indirectly looking at the condition and size of the other anteater especially in mating and fighting.

Wow! Didn't realised peanut butter wholemeal sandwich is so rich. Good point on those biochemically excellent rich foods which potentially can be an issue. Thanks.

Dr. Marbas, thank you so much for posting this great interview with Dr. Doug Lisle. You asked really great questions. I also like how you told your own stories of interactions with patients. You are terrific!

When I was in nursing school years ago, we were told heart bypass didn't extend the patient's life, and cancer treatment would not cure cancer that has metastasized, yet I have seen an oncologist try to administer chemo on the same day the patient died. I have seen a patient's legs hacked away a little bit at a time until there was no more left, yet the surgeon wanted to do one more surgery (she had pancreas and kidney transplants that were rejected and she kept throwing clots to her legs).
