What a beautiful and informative video, thank you for sharing. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere this can be a challenging time of year with constantly fluctuating weather and temperatures stressing our bodies, minds and emotions. As you emphasize, staying in contact with nature and natural diets is so important. Thank you for sharing the super-natural Northern Lights, they remind us we are part of Something far larger than we generally perceive.
I prefer when you say “north” in the Nordic way. It sounds so enchanting.

Earthing is so incredibly important for our body. I sleep on an Earthing sheet. I couldn't be without it now. I have more energy, I don't have morning aches any more, I've notice an overall calmness and less anxious in the day. I'm 50 and live near London. So earthing is very much needed. Thank you for the video. Blessings to you.
I dread March and April, if something is going to go wrong it's always in these two months. I just don't feel right during this time, it's this way every year. Those Aurora Borealis are like nothing I've ever seen before, it looked like something out of this world. Your dogs are amazingly well behaved such good animals. Though it may be more extreme where you are at, even here in coastal British Columbia, Canada I have noticed the same. I am so so grateful for you and your work. I have learned so much from your videos and Women's Circle and it has helped me SO much. I struggled with infertility with my first baby and I was so worried that would happen again. I started eating the way you've explained (away from veganism) and I conceived so quickly. Now trying to nourish myself through the vomiting in pregnancy, but I cannot tell you how grateful I am!!

I understand there is great value in eating more vegetables, plants, herbs, nuts, but I worry about the super vegan promoters who think it's for everyone. What made you change? How did you feel? Thank you.
@@MellyNicky I went vegan because I was very sick. My gut was destroyed. It helped me almost overnight. I now still eat 80% plant based but I incorporate organic, local, quality animal products into my diet. Basically, I only try and eat real food. So far im tolerating it well, and I conceived very quickly compared to the first time around. There were other factors, like high stress in my life several years ago, but I think I’ve found a nice balance.

I muß the winter here in South Carolina. I realize now that we never slow down. In Germany it was and hopefully is still different. I realize sun is healthy but i have to force myself to slow down and relax here and there. Thank you for the reminder. And the northern lights are amazingly beautiful!!! We actually had some really close from here what is really really unusual and rare but they looked beautiful on the picture the person took in NC they where purple and pink. :)

Every time you say, "værsgo or værsågod (Norwegian),", I think of my mother-in-law who was one-half Norwegian. You said it in a video a long time ago and answered my question, 'what is that word?'. I say it to my kitties when I feed them like you said it to your dogs! :) I'm in the US and only speak English and some French. But I love learning all languages. This video really made me think about my current lifestyle. I live on the Isle of Skye which has beautiful wild nature but also long dark winters. Another beautiful video Christine! It's very interesting when you speak of the connection of hormones to food and nature. Spring here in Wisconsin appears to be similar to Sweden. Sunny one day with the promise of warmer temps, then snowing, sleeting, raining, and cold the next. However, I feel more energized at this time of year, with the promise of summer so near. I have challenged myself to get outside every single day this Spring and document the magic that is happening as everything awakens. Mostly all I'm capturing is snow thus far. LOL! It's hard to believe that it will be planting season in just a few weeks. Thank you for sharing the beautiful Northern Lights. That is something I have yet to witness in person. Beautiful video! Yes, symptoms is the result of the body trying to heal itself :) This statement can cause severe cognitive dissonance for some, but I truly believe that healing is not possible if one cannot step out of victim consciousness.

Christine I was wondering if when you changed your eating you noticed other changes in your body for awhile sort of like a detox where it made you feel worse and have more issues before feeling better? I still have a long way to go with changing my diet to a healthier one but I suffer many of the things you mentioned and I changed my diet to low calorie to loose weight back in June last year very slowly lost 49lbs many more to go but my body seems to rebel against me with more pain fatigue and problems even though I feel I am eating healthier than I did before going low calorie. But my blood work is good and my anemia seems to have improved with infusions last year and diet changes. In 2 days I go for an endoscopy and colonoscopy and hope nothing is wrong but would like to get some answers as to why my stomach kills me all the time.
