My Dandelion Ice Tea Recipe:
I used a handful dandelion flowers (without the green).
1 lemon (depend on the size), cut in pieces.
I Soaked it all in boiled water, in my teapot.
Put a spoon of honey in the water as well.
Let it soak over night.
Next morning, I rinse the lemon and flowers from the water, put the tea water in a bottle and into the fridge.
And then you have an delicious summer drink ☺️🌼 - Enjoy

❤ This was such a timely video. I’ve been struggling with balance so much for years now. My husband is Swedish, and I’m American. We were married this year in January, at the ice hotel in Jukkasärvi. It was magical. 🥰
But we are still living in separate countries… not by our choice… but by circumstances beyond our control. My goal is to reach financial independence so I can finally make the move to Sweden and we can finally be together. But I push myself so hard that I can feel the mental and physical toll it’s taking on me.
I nearly joined the women’s circle, but then I thought that there’s really not much use for me to join up right now. Not when I’m pushing myself so hard.😔 If I can just make it a few more years… then we can be together in Sweden, and live a slower, happier lifestyle. ❤

I just watched this video and the part about your granddad made me cry so hard! Mine is moving to a nursing home today. He always said he'd die before leaving his forest home. He too always thorougly loved living in the forest and working in his shed (he did a lot of woodwork) in the rain. And I loved keeping him company. He had such a connection with the land. Even though I'm 34, I feel like a part of my childhood dies today. Thank you for another beautiful video Christine! ❤

I live near Sollefteå and I can't believe how much difference there is in the weather between here and where you are. It's been t-shirt weather since the middle of May and we only had 2 nights where it was below 3C. What are your growing in your garden besides strawberries and chamomile. I recently moved to the area and I'm interested what I can grow in the so so short season here in the High Coast of Sweden.
