I feel so excited to share the news that I'm starting a Online Women's Club, a community where I will share my knowledge about the women body and also have a monthly hangouts. I'll talk more about it in a future video 😉❤️

You won't regret it if you do. I only started drinking cacao in August and it is had an amazing effect on my healing and creativity. do your best to get sustainably and ethically sourced Cacao my favorites so far are Cacao Lab, Ruk'U'X'Ulew , and Firefly. If you do decide to do it I would love to see a review video on different cacao brands from you and Christine. ;)

Thank you Christine, you touched my heart in a way I haven't yet experienced. As a 21 year old who has been hoping someone special would come into my life for as long as I can remember it has been a really sad and lonely past few years for me. Even though my friends are the best and my family is very supportive of my decisions, that one person that you love in a special way hasn't yet showed herself to me and it was eating me up from the inside thinking I was not good enough to be that special person for someone. Your beautifully spoken words have somehow brought a sort of inner calmness to me, giving me the feeling that in the end it'll all be okay, even if it takes a bit of time. I only just found Kalle's channel so I became curious about you as well. Thank you for making your two videos. I am looking forward to seeing many more. Sometimes in the hectic of our daily life we forget our soul. We forget to listen to our body, to our heart. I like how Kalle put it with starting a day with a drink, being in the moment and being intentional about it. In between all the pressures and distractions (and most of them we choose to put on ourselves, even if it is not intentional) I need to remember what are important things for me and focus and work on that. We are allowed to be selective about what makes us happy, and go for that.
Thank you so much for coming by my channel as well, the support means so much ❤️ And yes that is so true! And something we have to continue asking our self again - what makes me happy. Because it is so easy to forget in a world there want our intention all the time.

I woke up today feeling like just watching this video again and I cried happy crocodile tears just hearing you share about your deep life and your journey... You guys are such a blessing to me-each time I watch you and Kalle's videos, I just feel the hope returning to me that my dreams are possible and it makes me hang on to them just a little longer. I feel you about life changing in one year! I met my husband online, flew to Spain 3 months later, married 3 months after that. I went from single and not knowing my true path to married and building a new life.

Thanks for your calm and warm energy:) I love snow, we have quite a lot of it in Poland:) and it's common to drink a hot cacao in the morning but usually with milk or whiped cream, i haven't heard of adding any herbs or spises to it, so thanks for the idea!
