How are you? And did you enjoy your summer?
Kalle and I spent three wonderful weeks in Denmark, to hang out with my family and friends I do not see that often anymore. It has been a wonderful summer, but also very intens. Now I am ready for the fall, and for the calmness that autumn brings 🍂

CEREMONIAL CACAO RECIPES:
Ceremonial Cacao (I buy mine from my friend Michala, she sells the best cacao (Not spons!) Send her a DM, if you are interested, Michala Instagram: / michalafl
Ceremonial cacao - 19 - 25 gram
Glutenfree oat milk - What I use for a normal size tea cup.
Cinnamon - after taste
Vanilla powder - after taste
cardamom powder - after taste
Sea salt
Warm it up in a pot - NOT boil.
Blend the warm Cacao and herbs with:
1-3 dates - How sweet you want the cacao.
Cashew butter - a tea spoon
Enjoy ☕️ 🍫

I really loved to see Denmark in your film! I have been to Denmark very often when I was a child. My mother is Danish, half of my family lived there. And we have been in my Grandparents sommerhus a lot. So I recognize the landscapes and I love that!
For now I have been in Denmark almost 9 years ago for the last time… there is hardly any family left…. That makes me really sad.
But I hope I can go there in the future again, cause I really miss it being there, my second home….

I am looking forward to continue to follow you along your journey, Christine. I really like your videos and you are such a nice person. Summer is always an intense time. I enjoyd this summer so much, but now it feels so good to slow down and to have time alone in the forest, going back to my inner conversations and to get up my creative work. Hibiscus tea is so good and healthy! I loved it already as a child. I can also recommend rose hip powder as a great source for vitamin C.

Both the cabin in Norway and the cabin in Denmark are very special places. You are lucky to have the opportunity to live in such wonderful places!

I didn't enjoy my last summer at all...I was just busy doing a super shitty full time job getting paid 1euro per hour and hating myself for doing that. I hìhad no time for myself and for building my own dream and I am recovering from that now..I am now looking back with regrets only and I'm still trying to forget myself for letting me down like that...I had terrible months starting June till the end of october....I really really want to forget myself and i want to have the strenght to fight for my dream...which is living a life like yours, Christine...in a forest all day working for myself and trying to heal through nature's care...forever
