- This video for “Trust Fund Baby,” directed by ZZ Satriani (son of Hagar’s longtime collaborator and friend Joe Satriani) is an extreme glimpse into the eighth track “nailing what happens when kids are given too much money - too early in life - and it becomes an affliction. All the money in the world isn’t a guarantee for a good life. I’m a believer in working hard and finding purposeful work - but that comes later in the story,” Hagar explains. ZZ Satriani, said of the process, "We were lucky because Sammy’s writing style let us create the story quite literally from the lyrics.”
The Circle's debut album of original material, Space Between arrives May 10th, 2019. The band will mount a large-scale tour of North America, in support of the new album, in the Spring of 2019.

John T I have to say honestly say having lived in the 80’s and 90’ s era Sammy still has a great voice and can play the hell out of a guitar 🎸 he has a better voice than most !!!

30 year old here and seen him in concert almost 2 years ago when he came to Cherokee. Sammy is still the real f'n deal. No lipsyncing. Everything you see on stage is real. My ears were still fucked up a week after the concert.

The story is Sammy never got co writing credit for I Got The Fire. And he said he was still pissed about it. So originally this was sort of a 🖕to Ronnie Montrose. But Sammy said he felt guilty so he gave co writing credit on this song to Ronnie Montrose.

Show me in the video where you see him fully playing the bass. I saw somebody's hands but nothing else to say It was MA. It could be on purpose for exactly what we're doing here.
@@betornween What makes you think Mike isn't playing the bass for this band? There's a shot of Mike's hand playing on the fretboard of his instrument at around 54 seconds into the video. And in the album credits, he's the only one credited for playing the bass. If someone else in the band played the bass I'm very certain they'd be credited for it. Just because it doesn't show him playing a lot in the video doesn't mean he didn't play the bass in the studio.
