    Good recipe.can we add little vinegar instead of tamarind pulp.

      Yes, this recipe tastes good when you use vinegar rather than tamarind pulp

      Yes, Angela, you can use vinegar! I prefer tamarind because the tang is a little different, but nevertheless they both work😄

    Very well done, all your recipes are good.
    But this mince recipe tastes better when we add in vinegar 😊

    Don't you think the quantify of water is too much?

      Hi Deepak! I made this to be eaten with rice, so I added a little more water. The consistency can be adjusted to your liking. Also, as it cools down, the water thickens a little; therefore I tend to make this watery.
