TIP: Whip a large batch of Honey and store it in an airtight jar. It can come in handy to make this recipe in a jiffy, or, to use for other purposes like sandwiches, sweeting your coffee, toppings on plain cakes, etc. It can be stored at room temperature in cold weather; refrigerate if in warm conditions (I refrigerate it; I let it sit out on the counter for sometime before use)

1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder in 1 Cup Water (to soak the biscuits)
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee Powder
2 teaspoons of Water or the prepared coffee
Marie Biscuits, as needed
