Watching now and pausing to comment. Um. You guys are nuts. A skull? And you’re gonna go hiking with bears around?? Let’s see how this ends up. 😬

Brave to go on such a long road trip without wifi. But offline maps should still be more convenient than paper maps. Fresh cinnamon buns are definitely worth a change to the itinerary. Love the mead composition book. So much wildlife. Yay! You're so brave!

honestly, there were so many helpful people, other AlCan roadtrippers, etc along the way - it wasn’t nearly as challenging as we thought it would be!

This looks like something we would love to do.
The bridge looked a little scary but the views look stunning.
We really wanted to see a moose when we visited Canada but we didnt get to.
Wow you really hit the Black Bear Jackpot.
The Baba Canyon trail looked like a nice hike the water looked so pretty. xx

@@EmmaJonYoureWelcome I hope you get to do it one day soon! it’s one of our favorite trips to date. there’s so much to do and see. in the next several days (which we’ll be sharing in a week or so) we get into some cool cultural stuff, too. and of course more wildlife. If you go, early June seems like a very active time for wildlife - that’s when we went. And you’ll see babies, too. We saw mama bears and moose with little ones more than once!

Which is harder to cook with, the van stove or that old school stove you found at Mile 0?
Curved wooden bridge? Cool!!! Yeah, not sure I’d walk, let alone drive it.
Delaying a day for pastry. That is dedication.
Tim Horton * 2! The old Maple Leaf would be proud.
    Was guessing 9:30pm…but WOAH!
“The hills and the forests…” Thought you were breaking into Julie Andrews’ Sound of Music.
    Black bears galore! Bison galore!
(The kid is interrupting the vid…)

I would guess the stove at Mile 0 - based on my experience with our van stove… and no experience with the other. 😁 And yeah, we’ve become BIG Tim fans! Thanks for coming by, friend!
