what i like about your videos is that you cover alot of topics that noone else does. most are traiing and hook/top roll etc. you covered radial nerve/leg position none else does that. how about elbow movement during a match. when to "J" when to angle slide etc. thanks for the vids!
Wow nice really learned lot of positioning on the table. Coach ray the sport is growing fast you need to have more contents like these I would love to watch you are janis do some table practice
Another good video! Any more tips for developing a devastating tricep press /shoulder roll? Eg setup, positioning, execution and training? Apologies if you have already made one.
Well, as long as “buffalo hot wings “ stay safe, you can put your legs wherever you want.. Can’t help remembering chaffee vs larratt table reconstruction work during the match...
Foot placement is up there with hand placement on the peg when it comes to varying styles. What grip would you recommend for a top roller for peg hand? The "overhand" grip gets in the way, and I usually start with a lower grip on the peg.
Not related, but I've been curious - is there a difference in risk of injury between inside and outside pulling styles? For some reason it looks like inside pulling can be more dangerous.
Yeah sure, if you are a short guy like Janis and you want to use a lot of sidepressure. I don't have any sidepressure and I really struggle to get low due to my height. I have both legs through the table. Once the opponent is holding on to me I am completely through the table. I know it hampers my sidepressure but I don't have any sidepressure anyway. I am in Devon larratt's position where his knees are bent at 90deg and he is under the table like he was against Dave.
Voice of Armwrestling Did Janis and Ray both bulk up slowly throughout the years or a bit faster and then just slowly got stronger while staying the same weight? Because from what I know, it’s better for muscle development and keeping fat low that one gains weight a bit slower than gaining weight fast and then recomping, which is to just stay at the same weight and get stronger which results in a very slow losing of fat and getting leaner.

Doesn`t matter over or under, main thing is not to block yourself.

Guy in the background doing hammer curls to shoulder press from beginner program :D

i pull with both my feet planted on the bars to the side, i find it more comfortable for loading but do you think i should relearn myself?
What ever works and donesnt block the movement
I have some questions
Janis arm look 💯%condition
It is
Janis vs king george👑
Janis wins
Grandpa’s pushing off his left leg and you’re doing the opposite going the opposite direction
Am I the only one who feels that Janis's arm is looking bigger suddenly???
riteshnayak80 probably wearing a smaller shirt
😂😂😂 funny how people want that someone changes Janis has been 75 +/- 3 kg for ~15 years
Ray

It's just because you can see his legs in the same image :D His arms were always big :D
@@voiceofarmwrestling Probably its the shirt or the angle of camera then...
