Very nicely done Anish. Just discovered your channel. Every year I upgrade my iPhone, as soon as the new one comes out, to the previous one at a significant discount. So this year I did that again a few months ago and bought an 1TB iPhone 14 Pro Max. And it was a really nice phone with AppleCare+ Theft and Loss through September. But a few weeks later my internet provider, Cox Communications, in a move to add new customers to their new mobile service, offered a $500 discount on any new iPhone to sign up for the service. And it wasn't even a long term commitment. Just month to month. So too good of a deal to pass up, so I bought a black 512GB iPhone 15 Pro Max for $899 + tax last month. And I'm looking forward to using it in the same ways you descibed here. And I'm exploring different external storage devices and have a 4TB Samsung T7 Shield SSD. I'll try that. And looking into ND filters and different rigs. I have DaVinci Resolve Studio too. Thanks again for your great informative video. Best of luck finishing off this semester and your college studies. I went to Cal State Fullerton a long time ago and then UCSB where I live now in Santa Barbara.

Good review - thanks for sharing. I do have a question - think someone asked already but….using the VND filter - and using the Black Camera App - a lot of people say that the best ISO is like 2500 which makes everything super bright outside. So I guess my questions are: 1. What ISO are you keeping most of your filming on and what VND are you using as far as the stops are concerned? I ask bc I have a Polar Pro and have thought about getting their 3-5VND but wonder if that will be ‘dark’ enough for outside and bright shooting. Thanks in advance.

@@TheRealityTwister Hi! If you are getting dropped frames, it mght be an issue with your external SSD since it needs to be fast and reliable. I've attached links in the description for the Satechi USB Hub and M.2 drive that I use for my setup. Hope that helps!

Nice video thanks for sharing. I just picked up the 15-pro max, and coming from android look forward to using it for filming with Blackmagic app. Are you using DaVinci resolve to edit? Also being January I am curious what the S24 ultra will be like that will be coming out on the 17th of this month.

Thank you for watching! Yes, I typically use DaVinci Resolve for color correction and grading. Also interested to see how the Samsung Event will go coming up soon and if there'll be any sufficient camera upgrades as well!

What LUT do you recommend? My friends who does this professionally within the same industry says she does an auto white balance? I’m not trying to be a pro just trying to have nice looking videos.
