Silent Joe They should remake this show. Particularly that this generation is more environmentally and socially conscious. And I reckon they should make it more mature themed and less cheesy and cliched. Like target alcoholism, islamophobia, homophobia, sex, sexism, ice, pot, body image issues, domestic violence, racism, Putin, and maybe even a little bit of mild language. That would get everyone's attention from ours to the new generation.
They need to bring this show back. It had such a great message about helping our Mother Earth 🌍. The more we can instill this on our young generation the better our world 🗺 can be. Our poor planet is in chaos right now and only we can save it from being completely destroyed. Every effort we make to start making changes contributes to a better planet for all of us🙂.
My problem with that is this. Captain Planet didn't just talk about saving the environment. He talked about gun violence and AIDs in the show. Think of all the things he could talk about now that no parent really wants their kids to know about. If they brought him back, they may make his message seem really preachy. Too in your face. But I do hope he gets some sort of reboot. No offense to them, but I'm sick of Marvel and DC heroes getting all the attention when we have this underrated hero to really encourage kids to do something they can do. Protect the environment.

I know a movie is suppose to be made about CP but from what I've read it doesn't sound to good.
