    Do you happen to have a video on hoop sizes for beginners? If not, are you able to make a video on the exact size to get so we can know what to order?

    Hi if the hook is to sticky what tips do you give to make it smoother I don’t like the grip!?

    • @hoopwithcait
      @hoopwithcait  10 месяцев назад +4

      hi! use a low grit sandpaper and graze the inside of the hoop. This will create a natural grip!
