First trick: I literally don't understand how to move my hand without also making the hoop move? Does the hoop need to be heavy or something? Mine is very light.

Those numbers are the thickness of the hoop! 5/8 is my favorite it’s more thin. A 3/4 has thicker tubing

Yes these are Definitely tricks that are easier with smaller hoops! I have another tutorial as well:)

Me too. My hoop is 28” and I still can’t do the third trick. The hoop bends into an egg in order for me to do the trick

You could be using a bigger hoop which can be harder doing these tricks!
