Lishhoops I have finally gotten my hoop in but unfortunately I’ve had to wait to start until it cools down a little bit outside cause my room is too small to attempt many of the moves shown. But once it cools down, I’ll be working at it daily!

You’re so smooth I love those moves! I’m 60 and in ok shape ... not great but ok, so I thot I’d pick hooping up again when the weather here Isn’t suitable for walking and moving around outside. I bought a weighted hoop so following what you’re teaching here should really tone up my arms shoulders and back bcuz that’s really hard for me to do. I’ll start practicing😆. I can keep my hoop going about 7 minutes, my first week 8 seconds Lol! I’m having one hard time trying to recover my hoop after letting it slip down to my thighs and then back up again! I think the motion is different ooooorrrr, is it bcuz my hoops weighted? Once off my rear it falls down to my ankles and obviously it’s not going to get back up from there. Do you have a video or comments posted about that? ... maybe?
