Girl I just had found out I had protein overload, my hair felt limp, dry and just not the same anymore and my curls were REALLY defined ( which is not normal for me I only get little definition ) and my hair felt kinda thin but as soon as I washed this out of my hair......man I'm so excited I love this rinse and I find that using it 1 a week ( I have low porosity hair ) really helps clean my scalp
I had to reread that because what you meant to say is that you replaced your shampoo with apple cider vinegar. So have I. I basically wash my hair with warm water and rinse it with apple cider vinegar. It leaves my hair so shiny and soft. I stopped using shampoo in my hair about one year ago and my hair loves me for doing so.
+Elizabeth Lizzy, I generally use all the mixture ...focusing on the scalp first and then pouring the remaining over my head ....allow to sit for about 5mins and then follow up with co-wash.

I was using my ACV rinse too damn much (every week) and girl... my hair was getting dry as hell. I had to stop for awhile for the moisture to balance back. Once per month is plenty. I also like mixing it with bentonite clay. My curls love the clay.
After you do your Acv rise what do you do with the Apple cider vinegar spray bottle do you put in the fridge or just leave it out because I did it for the first time and I put in the freezer and took it out

I love apple cider and it's multiple uses! I also drink it water to help my ph balance and stomach area

I never did my acv rinse like this. I usually just mix it with water then pour it onto my head. Maybe ill try this way too
