I suddenly started breaking around my jaw for no reason. So I googled it, and spearmint tea was recommended for this. So I bought an 89 cent box of McCormack's at the Mexican market, and three days later, my face was clear. Apparently it had something to do with hormones. I am not making this up.

Apparently spearmint is an anti androgen. I can’t speak for it’s effectiveness but I do know that when my birth control finishes which is an anti androgen, my skin breaks out.
It’s possible spearmint is doing the same thing here, and tbh that’s making me want to drink it on my periods

Not as much research done on white tea but we just extrapolate that it has more antioxidant benefits than the other camellia sinensis teas because it's the least oxidized and its from the young plant.

My curology dermatologist suggested trying spearmint tea for my hormonal cystic acne, something I had never heard of before. The first month that I drank a cup a day, my cycle was really late (like 2 weeks) for the first time ever, it’s usually really regular, and I didn’t get any new cysts! I was skeptical but it did seem to help. Now I don’t drink a cup a day, but just try to drink it occasionally through the month to try to help my acne without disturbing my cycle. For reference I’m 27 with very oily skin

I just discovered your channel yesterday and am so excited to try your recommendations! I've had so many skin struggles and spent so much money over the years. I'm so excited to discover your channel. I may not have watched through far enough yet, but can you address the mask-wearing (that's pretty much required everywhere right now) and breakouts caused by it? I'm very prone to breakouts, and every time I go in a store with a mask on, it seems that I end up with new breakouts. I'm trying to avoid makeup right now due to the masks, and I did sew myself one made out of silk (I heard those might be better?). I don't know that there's anything we can really do but was curious if you had any thoughts on it.

Try adding sage to your black leaves tea, good for cramps but also very calming.

I didn't know about hibiscus tea being good to prevent winkles! I loved to know.
It's true that green tea has sun protection properties?

I love hibiscus tea. In The Gambia they make a wonderful tea called wonjo. Its steeped overnight with mint leaves & minced ginger. Then strained & chilled. I like it with a bit of honey.

A while back I signed up to some herbal classes, but things at work got crazy and I couldn't continue. Since then I have a few LARGE mason jars with dried up leaves and I make my own blends. My favorite is spearmint, stinging nettle and just a touch of dandelion.

Ginger and fennel tea in this season..boil fresh ginger and fennel in water and cool it off.. its so good for digestion.. And ginger, unlike many other spices makes your body warm without sweating.. which is perfect for fall/winter weather..

      @@MarissaCooperButPoorHey! Greetings from Kathmandu, Nepal!
Regarding offerings, Kanchanjangha tea estate, Rakura offers some quality tea. Not sure if they are available there, thus, any Himalayan organic tea will do better. They all are natural and made finely.
Also, we can look for IIam tea. IIam is the place in Eastern part of our country. It is called "Chiyabari" which means garden of tea. Also, Darjeeling tea works well.
      Hope this helps!
