Is this a good starter for practice or working up to a full standing windmill?

I can press a 36kg kettle bell but i find the turkish getup and windmill difficult with a 12 kg or 16 kg kettlebell...i feel it in my shoulders

      lol
oh swings? DBs can do that too. DBs can do everything + curls, flys, and better for pressing...@@kilbourn

@@sabertoothwallaby2937 KBs do all that DBs do. But, KBs are much better at doing olympic lifts--clean and press, snatches, etc--and offset loads, especially when you take into account the design of a kettlebell and how its center of gravity is distributed

      bahaha you're brainwashed.
DBs can do everything KBs can, and more. DBs are better for overhead pressing, flys, benching, overhead tricep extensions etc.
DBs can do swings, deadlifts, all the same shit KBs can. You've been dooped.@@kilbourn
