    Oh boy new challenge tomorrow, Turned 58 yesterday. My work out was 58 push-ups 58 KB swings 58 scull crusher (triceps curls laying on your back) 58 KB dead lifts 58 KB double C&J. All with 20 kg bells. Gonna name that work out the sole crusher. Always happy to get new ideas from you. Thanks for posting

    That is very impressive. I can strict press 20 kg/45 lbs while standing but have trouble doing the same load seated on the floor. Can’t imagine the core stabilization challenge using that half ball thing as your seat.

      Its not a big thing I have it so might as well use it. A bench is fine too.

    This is exactly (although far less weight, lol, I'm 44 yr woman) how i ended up lifting as my hips were just too tight and my concentration was split.
