Love this man! Switching to kettlebell pressing has been an absolute game-changer on my shoulders! So much easier on the body than heavy barbell pressing!
Well no shit its "easier on the body" than heavy BB pressing. That's why its strength building potential is less. "Hard on the body" means a stronger stimulus.
Awesome tips as usual! Thank you! Question: Even if I hold the kettlebell as you show, the kettlebell is still resting (and hurting) on the back of my wrist joint? Almost like the handle is too small? Is this common? Hopefully I didnt buy faulty bells. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!! Thank you!!
@@ZackHenderson Thanks for the response. One is a 24 lb (I think, sorry, not home right now), and the other is 35 lbs. Bought them from Amazon, the Lifeline brand. Thx again!
@@zildpais I took a look and the dimensions seem ok. You might want to experiment with different resting angles. Be sure to reference the “How to hold a kettlebell” video
@@ZackHenderson You're awesome! Thanks for taking the time to check that out for me! Thanks again for the info! I've watched that video actually, but I think I'll watch it again in case I missed anything haha. 😁
Just found this channel. You seem like the kind of teacher I like. All content, no fluff! Looking forward to more, sir!
Lots more on the way ;)
Nice video with useful insights. Loved it when you highlighted the difference between a dumbbell and a kettlebell.
Good video, very complete and very helpful. Greetings from Peru
Thanks Jesús!

This is quite common with lighter/smaller bells that have a short “window” between handle and bell. What size is it?
