    I love the landmine cause you can literally do all your work outs in one i just finished buying all the attachments that is needed just saves me holding the bar all the time great video bro

    Hello my friend. I have to say these landmine exercises are no joke. I underestimated the weight of the bar plus the 45lb plate. So I went down to a 35lb. I must say these exercise do exert you. Take care.

    I love following JMT! I have been trying out Landmine exercises so this is perfect. I am trying to find a plan that will help me overall to tone up and strengthen. I have prior plans from you but it was before your app.

    Thanks for posting this. I haven’t really played with land mines short of shoulder presses so I’m looking forward to integrating these into my workouts, especially that chest fly variation

    Great video! Thanks for making this. I got the rogue landmine adapter for the monster lite rack but was struggling to get started on how to use it well. This helps a ton!
