Hello my friend. I have to say these landmine exercises are no joke. I underestimated the weight of the bar plus the 45lb plate. So I went down to a 35lb. I must say these exercise do exert you. Take care.

Thanks for posting this. I haven’t really played with land mines short of shoulder presses so I’m looking forward to integrating these into my workouts, especially that chest fly variation
