I'm a Landmine Junkie. 3 out of 6 workouts a week involve the landmine. They are a one stop shop for full body work outs when on the fly. Great Work out routine Erin!

I don't know how i never heard of Landmine, its the best thing ever. I love it so much.
Being a guy, I have been watching Jeff's videos for the past two years. But now that I have discovered your videos, I'm automatically gravitating to them for the most direct and concisely well-explained instruction on how to use the landmine for various exercises. Inevitably, I forget what I watched and learnt the last time round, and so when it's exercise day, I play them again to refresh my mind...I play them while exercising in my home gym (which also means you benefit by multiple view clicks....lol).

After watching this video I decided that I would try to do this whole workout as a circuit. I followed Erin's instructions and did everything without resting until the circuit was completed. I was amazing how one exercise led into the next ... The bar didn't leave my hands and the workout was awesome! If you are short on time is workout is a no-brainer!

I’m traveling and using your landline workouts in the hotel gym using their heaviest weighted straight bar😊they’ve been so efficient and effective. Add in the endless stairs for sprinted cardio at the end and I’m good to go 🙏🏼 Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
