every gym have it lol, just place bar into 20kg plate and woala landmine row... only thing you cant make with just dumbbells in home are cable machines but you can do a lot of stuff just with dumbbels and few bars + bench ofc, you dont need do to fancy landmine with that special holder 😂

I tried the Kneeling Landmine Press yesterday, and it really targeted my shoulders in a way that I haven’t felt before. Definitely adding this to my regular workout.
The landmine is part of my routine, but i just do the stand up press, i didnt even think about other movements like a squat I cant wait to try that 180 at the gym i havent seen anybody do that movement with the landmine set up. Thank you for the ideas!
Started doing farmer squats yesterday Ive been doing squats with a weight vest previous to that exercise for about 2 years and it's safe to say that the farmer squats felt waaay better it helped keep my form cleaner and I could feel much more of a stretch in around my hips and calves👍
Got a landmine for my homegym and barely used it till recently (and feeling pretty foolish for missing out so long). The "farmer squats" are great for when your back is getting banged up or you fancy some variety. Edit: Also top tip- You can start the farmer squats with the bar up on a bench, it's easier to load and you don't need to clean it to the start position! Another cool lift is a "Meadows Row", lifting the bar from the side with one arm. Those feel real good
@@jonathanbradley4896 exaclty....no one in the world can have a decent physique or build without the STEROIDS tagline attached....these boneheads kill me with that. The same types that can only lift their game console controllers and a cell phone lol
See, now, when doing the standing shoulder press I feel like the weight is getting lighter as the bar gets more vertical. To fix this, I do them kneeling instead of standing. On shoulder day, I also superset with standing lateral rows. Feel the burn, eh!
The weight is getting “lighter” the closer the bar comes to perpendicular to the floor. By kneeling you are moving a higher percentage of the weight throughout the movement.
It's great these guys posted a vid on building a landmine attachment, but until you make your own cut an "X" into a tennis ball and slip over one end of your bar, stick that side in a corner, & get some.
Great landmine exercises dude, I just brought & installed a landmine to the base of my squat rack. I never did landmine type exercises prior because I wouldn't without anchoring the barbell securely first especially when using heavier weights...
If you haven't made one already check out our channel for another very easy and cheapest diy landmine press inspired from the rogue fitness model. Also,if you like the video do remember to comments and let me know.
PRASHANT GUPTA You are absolutely right. Brandon would NEVER take steroids. I mean, just because he makes a living from bodybuilding, that does not mean he takes drugs. Why would he ever do that, right? 😂
Trying to figure out how to add landmine exercises into my routine. But, what does it add if you already have a bar and rack for doing the regular version of the exercises (Squats, bb row, etc)?
My back has grown just because of t bar rows without the t bar . Lucky I have 50lb York plates that are smaller to get that longer range of motion. I know a real big guy that loves the t bar rows without the T bar .... so I know it works . I never got much from doing wide grip rows .
@buffdudes I got bit by the workout bug about 4 years ago having never been a real gym goer my entire life. As most, Google and RUclips for my go to searches. I stumbled across buff dudes, it looked almost like ever other muscle head video out there from only seeing its thumbnail pic. I watched a video, it was entertaining. Then I realized these two know what their doing, and they seem really educated on everything they show, ha, still fun to watch. I was starting to apply their lessons in my workouts. This was not only practical but producing, let's not forget all the cool creative fun educational rich footage. I go to these dudes for buff knowledge, forget about the other guys. Most versatile and underrated piece of equipment and not all the gyms have it. One great thing is the core activation in most exercices.
There’s 3 in my gym.. ALL Unused🥺

2:45 it's more beneficial if you can do that 1 arm press from a kneeling position.

Pro tip for those whithout dumbels: Place bench beside the barbel and put hand at the end of the barbel. Row.
i guess i'm five years late to this but i love landmine pressing because i have shoulder issues that prevent me from doing a strict OHP

With a shorter barbell the farmer squat is very awkward to do
What is the blue base unit called that the barbell is held into? And can it be used in your home or does it have to be screwed into the floor ?

Any comment on if you should rotate your feet hips for the 180s?
I heard that not rotating them puts torsion on your lower back?
