    I personally train my 3 yo son since he is 1 year and a half old with an olympic bar that I have at home, everyday when he wants a treat or watch something I go ask him to hold 10 seconds and also 6 burpies every morning when he wakes up
    I work from home so he does that around 10 times a day and now he goes by himself do it like it is as natural as breathing, I also hold him and help him doing chin up after his 10 seconds (5 ot 6 + 5 more holding his legs), I can see how everything is easy for him now for all things fitness, he is currently 3 years old doing flips on the trampoline and a very happy kid because he likes doing it and make it fun for him
    I appreciate these kind of videos, I showed him and explained to him what you mentionned this way "when you do this, you no get sick" and he gets it
