I have been including the half kneeling windmill in my own workouts and with clients. They sure are a fan favourite! Noticing huge benefits. Thank you for the additional detail.
I was just typing a comment about sciatica and you answered it! My client has ongoing sciatica and weeks of PT hasn't helped at all. She has intense down into the calf. I will try this with her and, if she has no increased aggravation, perhaps this will be of help! Thanks yet again, Robert!

Hi Robert, I’ve recently discovered your channel via your podcast with Susan Niebergall. I’ve now watched several of your videos, love them and have recommended them to friends and my online fitness instructor. She has been including sit to stands for the last couple of weeks. I’ve been looking through your video list and can’t see one on recommended equipment/products for working out at home. I thought this would be useful as lots of people wouldn’t want to go to a gym. A video on essential equipment and brands would be really helpful.
