Love this vlog. I am jealous though! You get good action @1/2. I play 1/3 and everyone plays it like 3/6 limit. So frustrating!

Just curious, is there a reason why you are still playing 1/2? Seems like you have the bankroll to play 1/3 or 2/5 since you were playing 5/10 at bellagio.
The $1/2 games in Texas play pretty big, and there's often quite a good selection of tables to play. I still have been playing some $1/3 and $2/5 as well, and will have some more episodes coming out at those stakes soon.
The $5/10 sessions at Bellagio were really me just taking a shot during my trip to Vegas. I don't expect to play at those stakes again in the near future. (Part of that is just that the lower stakes games around here play like the bigger games in Vegas.)
@@HuggiePoker you arent lying about the 1/2 games in Texas play pretty big, I play in Corpus Christi and I play 1/2 but it's pretty much $20 preflop every hand!
That and the pretty consistent straddles (and re-straddles)!

I assume you're talking about the guy who folded QQ to our KK 3-bet? Yeah, I don't know how he not only made that fold, but also made it so quickly without even giving it a second thought. I mean, he happened to be right, but I would also 3-bet hands that are behind his holding, so... 🤷

@@HuggiePoker exactly, while the result was correct, folding QQ to a single 3! with dead money in the pot is a losing proposition long term.

Do u also find that, cause u pay hourly to play instead of texas casinos taking a rake, u win more money than playin vegas vs them taking a rake?
After playing in Vegas recently at a raked game, I can say with certainty that I'm paying less in the long term by paying an hourly rate instead of a percentage-based rake.
