I had 2 of these from 2010 except they were dark backs. I had to send both back due to static feedback from the neck and body that totally ruined the experience. I hope Gibson has fixed this issue as they are great guitars otherwise. Great review as usual!
My buddy has a Gibson goldtop from Japan and I think it's pretty well established that it's better quality than the original. So which one should be worth more???
You could put mini humbuckers in, straight swap. So not totally stuck with the p90.
Just got one. It's a les Paul p90 . Does what it says on the tin
Brilliantly. Oh yeah.

All p90 pups feedback it’s their nature
It was the body and neck that had the static. The P90s were fine.

December 7th, 1941 is why the American guitars should be worth more!
Gibson P90s are just voiced so good
Mine weighs 8.5 lbs. they are all not as heavy as you think. Ask dealers what inventory weights do they have P90s are awesome !
So beautiful, thanks for sharing
You’re so welcome!
I like the Les Paul P90 tone better than humbuckers, so raw and mean sounding.
Well. You CAN put a humbucKING mini in there ... SHORT tenon?
When did they start putting a baby picture back on there.. . I heard they did away with em
