You ask them in a manner that makes every individual feel comfortable and it's plain to see that they all trust you, that's huge! Once you get your interview started you sit back and let the person shine, giving little subtle positive acknowledgements along the way, showing and letting that person know subconsciously that you are fully engaged with what they have to say. For me that was a very emotional watch, my dad passed away 9 years ago at the age of 79, this reminded me of all the times we would sit over a beer and he would tell me all kinds of stories of his working past etc … Great interview and what a lovely guy …..

I just returned to golf this past March after 15 years away after my 10 year old showed interest in the game. Whipped out my old clubs and started practicing. By may I had gone and got fit for irons and started to build up a new bag. Should have just got fit for all the clubs, because I’ve since gone through just about every wood out there. As for wedges I’m still messing around, but I can say for certain, the SM10 54 10S is perfection. It’s great on full shots, it’s great around the green, and obviously it’s great in the sand. Like my putter, the 10S-grind is a club I will never have to think about again. It’s just replace it when it’s tired, but no need to experiment anymore
