It won't be tart if you follow the measurements. The cake will just have lemon infused flavor without adding artificial flavoring.
Does your scale have a Tare button? I can't see if it does, but it will save you from doing the bowl weight math.
Yes it does. I had to do it because after mixing the batter in the bowl there is no way I will get the exact batter quantity except I transfer the batter into another bowl. Thank you for engaging 💕
Also, are the flavor extracts you used available online?
I think any online bake store should have the flavors. They are basic flavors hence will be easily accessible
